Hi All at $29 for an activation code I thought it was worth the risk. The telephone activation to get the code from them didn't work and they asked me to send them photo id and a photo of me holding it. Pretty funny really. Like all things that appear to be too good to be true mmoga is a scam.
After seeing them advertised on KSI's videos, I thought I would buy some Fifa coins from them. Nearly decided against it after seeing the reviews on this site.
With this in mind I ended up deciding to take the gamble with a small amount. Paid £5 for 500 thousand Fifa coins and I received them within 2 hours with no hassle at all.
Definitely going to be using the site again to purchase more Fifa coins in the near future.
Might be worth mentioning I paid by debit card? Maybe that's why I had no issues?
Two stars so far, because they haven't attempted to make me give any id's or things, and it has a decent reputation, but its been 24 hours and I still don't have my coins.
Edit: They delivered my coins after three days. I got my coins around TOTY so that may be a reason why they were so late, but its still pretty inexcusable. I would rate it a a 3.5 because the price was good
Ordered something today and waited already 10 hours still have nothing. I went into support and they said i already ordered and did not paid for that but i have no email for the purchase. So they try to pull something on you to scam you. Do not use it they will do the same! I do not get refunded but my money is gone.
They billed my card immediately but didn't send the game. They asked for verification but when I sent them my ID I got nothing back. No way to contact them except to visit in person in hong kong!
Stay away
Last year I bought a game from them, and after the payment they requested my passport as proof of (I don't know) something. I didn't send any personal data. This year, I bought again a game and after the payment was made, even if was 4-5 eur product, they are requesting again to send "as verification" photos from the passport and a picture of your bank account.
This is unacceptable.
Is just a scam.
Take care of your money and privacy.
100% SCAM Site
They even scam on eBay
Bought 1 million fifa 15 coins on there. They have failed to deliver and it's now over 24 hours. They however, have been refusing to answer my emails or send my item even though I can see they are online, selling the very item I am yet to receive!
Reported to eBay and will be filing police report - if enough of us do that then we can successfully get these guys shut down or done for fraud - which is what they are doing in the UK
Do NOT do it. They are definitely criminals and scammers
This site just wants to scam you, don't f****** buy from it! Why am i supposed to hand out my ID and private things about myself in order to buy a game? I'm never going to buy from this s*** site again!
After billing my Paypal account for a Planetside 2 code, instead of emailing the key I bought they sent me an email asking for my personal details and photos. Do. Not. Use. This. Fraud. Of. A. Shop. They will bill you and they will not give you the product.
Brought a Dragonball Xenoverse bundle, and they provided a Russian Steam key, which does not work with my account. I emailed them to complain but they send a copy and paste of the last email that came with the purchase.
To pay £30 for a game you can't even play is beyond ridiculous. It's just plain fraud.
Do not use this company. I bought a code for LOTRO Helm's Deep expansion from them and it didn't work. I contacted them immediately about the problem, and after 11 days of emailing back and forth I am still out of pocket. I complied with every request they made, even including screen caps of the code refusing to work with my turbine account and they still refused to offer a new code (which I would have been happy with) or a refund. Once they had my money they couldn't wash their hands of me quick enough. They even requested I provide them with my Turbine logon and password so that they could 'check' for themselves (what type of reputable company does this?). In the end, I just bought a key direct from Turbine in today's Black Friday sale.
Bought 1 million Fifa 15 coins through a comfort trade on PC. Cost me 50 euros. After two days, still nothing. I just keep getting an email saying my account information is wrong, which it is not, after having verified it for more than 5 times.
This is just a tactic to stall you, keep your money, hope you just leave them alone. I send them three emails, they only replied to one just saying my account information is wrong. After sending them two more emails asking for a refund, they have not replied.
If you've noticed they also removed online support chat, probably because of customer dissatisfaction and just people ranting. This website, even though it is advertised by big Youtubers such as KSI, is mostly a scam.
Don't use this website, it is not worth it. For the money you are paying you should expect more customer support.
I suggest to anyone suffering from this websites scams, to report it to anti-fraud websites. Such as ActionFraud. Lets filter out these scum!
They asked for far too many personal details. The payment said it accepted Amex when I put my card details in including my security digits it then said this payment method was not accepted so I had to put the full details in for another credit card. I was then asked for my date of birth, mothers maiden name and a password. After all this I got an email asking me for a photo of my ID and a photo of me with my ID, I refused and asked for a refund. Then I got an email asking me for my phone number. I cancelled my credit cards at my bank. The next email said the refund would be 5-7 days even though they had previously said they could not process the payment without verification. Total Scam.
So my friends wanted me to play minecraft with them online, i ordered a mule account, and when i got the email and password, it didnt work, says invalid email or password, mmoga had them send a 2nd account and it still does not work, now they say they will not help me at all and its not their problem, all i ask is for them to contact the seller and have them change the password. All they tell me we can not help you anymore, complete fraud!
I purchased rainbow six siege and when I did I got an email saying I need to verify cause of fraud and all that. So whenever I try to call the number they gave me to verify, it's just silence and now it won't let me verify.
Do not buy any codes whatsoever from this site, it's a 100% scam. Bought 1 item and it worked well enough but at the 2nd purchase they start asking for your God damn passport out of the bloody blue (that's after the purchase by the way). Just don't do it lads, they want to steal your information. Who knows, they might even start asking for your social security number or something at the 3rd time of asking. Stay well away from this travesty!
Avoid buying from these guys at all cost. I purchased a CD key for wildstar from them, but it was one of those EU only buddy keys and not an actual retail CD key. It was listed nowhere that the key would be EU exclusive, and I live in the NA region. They refused a refund.
In addition to that, they are also gold sellers, which is illegal activity in most games. Gold sellers are also infamous for hacking accounts and botting to attain illegal assets, so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to assume the rest of their goods are illegitimate as well.
I have given my personal ID and my face after paying, they are still witholding my paid product on their hands. I am perturbed by their lack of response (roughly a day now) and abysmmal customer services. Shame on them to rip people off or bar people their products for so long.
Tried to purchase an Xbox live code from this scam site. I received an email saying in order to complete the transaction, they would need a picture of my ID and a picture of me holding my ID. I obviously did not send them a picture of my ID(Its an Xbox live card, why would they need my ID). They still took the payment anyway. I charged it back through PayPal, and then MMOGA sent me an email saying that because I charged back my money, that I now OWE them $20.00 and they will give me 5 days to pay or there will be consequences. This needs to be reported to the FBI. $#*! you, China. Filthy creatures.
I first paid with paypal, but the next day, since I had security set up, paypal texted me asking if it was me authorizing some $500 amount. Of course I said no, and the payment was denied. I then went back to MMOGA and tried using a different payment I had no money in just to see; a cryptocurrency account. I entered my information and then cancelled the transaction. Sure enough, hours later, that account had a login attempt. STAY AWAY!
Answer: If you're on a tight budget I would look at buying Windows 7 from eBay for currently around £35. More probability of being legit, and if it didn't work eBay and PayPal would make sure you get your money back. I wouldn't advise anyone buy anything from MMOGA.
Answer: Complete scam do not trust. I lost $30 to these scam artists when I contacted customer support I was accused of scamming them? Save your money and go elsewhere
MMOGA has a rating of 1.8 stars from 206 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with MMOGA most frequently mention fifa coins, credit card and live chat. MMOGA ranks 921st among Games sites.
