I love the unique merchandise this place offers. You won't find it anywhere else. Shipping was a little slow but Customer service was very nice and explained why. This is now my favorite site to shop
I found a few cool Mike Tyson T shirts on this website and ordered them. My billing and shipping address are different because I am working on contract in another state. I received an email that my order placed on hold due to that reason.
I contacted the company to resolve the issue and was actually happy to see that an ecomm site does go to the trouble to screen the orders ( I also work in the ecomm shipping industry as a manager) I spoke with a sales guy who was cool, and he told me that I needed to speak with a manager. The guy who got on the phone did not gve his name, and was so smug and rude that I chose to cancel the order.
It's a shame... really wanted those t-shirts. Note to management - It''s great that you are protecting the company and customers from fraudsters. Please keep doing so. However when a person calls to work it out, do not treat them like they are the ones committing the scam.
