They used to be good they are bull$#*! now don't nobody order nothing else from them. I ordered back in September 2022 somebody sending an email about somebody caught an heart attack yea right but at the same time they still got there site up with the newest CD'S they are scammer's now I repeat don't order nothing from them

In october of 2022 i made a purchase of some CDs...it is now April of 2023 and to this day i have not recieved my order. Every time i went online to check the status of my order i would only get a generic answer saying my order was being processed. After about 2 months i started emailing them and have had a barage of excuses from covid impacts, staff shortages, managerail ill health,to it only being a small company where the Manager does most of the work themselves as well as stated above Managerial ill health...Now they have completely stopped replying to my emails and although i given them so many chances to sort this out they still choose to continue to completely ignore my requests/emails.
I am now trying to get a refund and have been told via email that it will take upto 8 to 10 weeks to get a refund which has angered me somewhat as it only took them seconds to take my money, and they still ignore / dont reply to any emails now...
So there is no way i would reccommend that anyone part with their money to this company at all...

I have orderd some cds from them its been 2 weeks an i havent received anything yet i sent plenty of email to them they never replyed back at all i will never ever do any business are ordered anything else with them

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a shirt for someone on December 1,2022 and it is now February 5 and I still haven't received it or a refund! I sent an email on December 14 to ask the status of my ordered and I got a lame response about the owner being in and out of the hospital. I don't want to be unsympathetic but I thought that was a legitimate business! Who sends a response like that to their customers? I continued to wait because I really wanted the shirt for my loved one for Christmas! It never arrived so I emailed again to ask for a refund and I got no response! I basically gave away $30 to get nothing in return! I advise anyone who wants to buy from them BEWARE! You may be literally buying nothing like I did!

I placed an order in November 2022. Order still says "processing". No working phone number for them. I have tried to contact them using their site and no one emails backs or calls me. Took my money no problem! SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Mix Unit is a terrible scamming company who takes money from customers and don't send them they packages. Mike Rios (The Owner) lied to me, said he was goin send my items...even went as far as t give me his cell number. And never sent my packages. This goes back to Oct & Nov of 2022. Mix Unit needs to be criminally nvestigated & shutdown.

Like many of the commenters here, I too haven't received an order I placed back on Sept 23,2022. I have gotten a ton of runaround responses that someone is sick, extreme delays, someone in the hospital, etc. If you can't fulfill the orders, refund our money. I was a loyal repeat customer. They will never get another penny from me.
They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
I'm having to dispute the charge because they won't willingly refund my money.
For the record, they used to be a great company to buy from. Never had a problem with them before.

I orderd a couple cds 2 months ago and still haven't received them when they took money out of my account and I'm not fettn a reply back or anything from them

I ordered twice in October, it's now the middle of December and my orders are still "processing".I tried to make an account to see if that would help me be able to know more about my orders and it will not let me use my email that I made my orders with. It says it's an invalid email, even though I've had this email address almost 10 years and made my orders with it. I'm going to do what I can to contact the people that run MixUnit and either get my two orders or get a refund. It shouldn't take 2 months to get orders. I made an order in 2021 and it got here fine but the 2 orders I made in October 2022 are nowhere to be seen and are still in the processing phase when I looked it up on their website.

Ordered 5 days ago and they sent me an email with a bunch of excuses about why they can't send out my cds. Wish I would've looked at these Scam artist reviews before I ordered. Now I'm stuck for 3 weeks until I can file a PayPal claim

This business is trash back in October I ordered a bunch of c.ds they were quick to take my money but never send out my order so I sent out email after email to them I get told that some1 that works there is in the hospital mind u this was in October and thats why I haven't gotten my order and don't know when they can refund me my money well it March and I still haven't received anything from this trash $#*! company they won't even email me back they have an option for some1 to call u back in 24 hours lmfao that's a joke anyways if I was anyone reading this review please don't order a single thing from them TRASH $#*! BUSINESS only getting a 1 star cause I was forced to to make this review you deserve A PILE OF $#*! AT YOUR DOOR STEP EVERY DAY!

I placed 2 orders one on 10/26/22 and one on 10/28/22. I never received my items and when I inquired about the status of my order I was told someone in their company is having health issues. When I asked for a refund I was told my orders would be canceled and I'd be refunded and that never happened either. What's crazy is it's been over a month since I placed my orders and I never received them but they had the nerve to have a Black Friday sale. That makes no sense. This company sucks I'd suggest not using them. They will steal your money.

Save your time and your maybe your money. MixUnit is no longer fulfilling orders, although they continue to accept and process payments for orders. Beware!

They sell actual cds of the MUSIC OWNED BY THE ARTIST OR COMPANY! THEY BE SUED, IF U R AN ARTIST OUT THERE, PLEASE SUE THEM. ANY LAWYERS OR ANY BODY THAT CAN PROSECUTE THEM. THEN DO IT,THE ARTIST R LOSING MONEY AND MIXUNIT DOESNT SELL ONLY MIXTAPES. THEY SELL COPIES OF THE FULL ALBUMS, CDS U BUY IN THE STORE.THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY LAST 3 ORDERS, NO 1 ANSWERS THE PHONE! THEY R ILLEGAL AND R BREAKING LAWS! CHEATING PEOPLE WHO BUY CDS. AND THEY WONT REFUND U. IT TAKES A MONTH B4 U GET YOUR ORDER, IF AT ALL IM SURPRISED THEY R STILL HERE! SHUT THEM DOWN!

You will not receive what you purchase here. This site is a SCAM. The customer service number isn't even in service. The took my money and never sent what I bought.

Today is 11/8/2022. On Sept 15,2022 I paid $32 for a t-shirt that has yet to "process". I called the number and cannot get through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY on this bootleg website.
