I placed an order back in April. I never received my order, it's now the end of December. I've emailed numerous times and was responded to twice. Both times I was assured I'd receive my items. I was also told that the "owner had a medical emergency". What infuriates me most is that, they won't send orders out but they keep updating their website with new products and newly released music! I had purchased from them in the past with no problem but, they're now shady and completely unethical.

I read some reviews on here and honestly was scared to order. However, there were some very positive reviews so I figured I would give it a go. It took almost a month to get my order that is my only complaint. It would not stop me from ordering again though. The CDs I purchased are great quality. It's the same as if I would have purchased them from the store. Now that I have my order and know this is a legit and good site, I'll be placing another order. I truly do not know why there are so many negative reviews about this place. Only thing I can think of is the wait time. They do offer you information on tracking your order so you do know where it stands during the processing and shipping. Over all I rate Mix Unit a 10/10

I bought 2 cd's about two months ago,and according to their site they are(processing)and have been the whole time. No one respond's to messages,they never call you when they have the call back option on their site. Total trash,I'm a lawyer and I'm gonna proceed with a class action lawsuit if anyone wants in!

I ordered two things almost two years ago that never sent, never delivered. When I reached out to the company I was told the owner was in the hospital and they were unable to fulfill orders at that time.but they kept the online shop OPEN. If you cannot refund people on unfulfilled orders but are still taking people's hard earned money, you are a scam. Do not buy from these people.

I ordered an item off mixunit on 2/17/23. I emailed them a few weeks later about the order because i was trying to just cancel it since it hadn't been processed yet and they emailed back saying they don't have an ETA on when the order would be processed even for a refund. It is now 8/5/23 and I have not received the item nor gotten a refund from them. I will never buy from this site ever again

I ordered 4 music dvd on 5/05/23 and every time i try to track my order it say processing and hear it is 6/01/
2023 they will not return no call or e-mail it just do not make any sense to me then you can"t try and do a refund because you can not get any help.

I purchase 9 T-shirts on October 10th. My order total was $251.79. Two weeks went by, I did not receive any email stating my order was shipped. Every time I would logon to check the status is just said being processed. There is no legit customer contact info. There was an email listed as *******@mixunit.com and
*******@mixunit.com. I emailed twice to both email addresses. Never heard back from them. I tried searching on google for a customer service number. All numbers posted are inaccurate or do not belong to MixUnit. Once I searched for customer service support, I came across bad reviews on this company. Everyone seemed to have the same complaints. I immediately contacted my bank to to file a claim. I had my money back in a few days in my account. Bank was unable to get a hold of them, therefore my money was returned. I do not understand how this website has not been taking down with all the amount of complaints. Please do not purchase anything from this website.

My cds have been processing over a month. I understand that the owner is in the hospital, but how hard is it to send a few cds through the mail. It was easy for them to take the money. I've tried contacting them but they don't respond and the phone is disconnected. I smell a FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. How is it legal for a bootleg website to steal money from people? You lawmakers obviously don't care a the little people who are the masses.

Placed an order last year and once I did a follow up regarding my order. I was told that the owner (the person who fulfills the order) was in the hospital, reason for the delays. MONTHS LATER the same excuse, in which I requested a refund and then replies stopped happening. It makes no sense that you can still place orders yet the company cannot fulfill them. & what if that person passes away? No one is going to continue the orders? I feel like they are scamming people and using the money for the medical bills (if thats true)

I ordered three shirts at the beginning of August. It is now 11/15 and still no shirts, no response and no refund. Horrible horrible horrible. Mixunit is a Ponzi scheme. Do not do business with them. You've been warned

Never shipped tees I ordered doesn't respond to emails. 60 days later Had to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. I would give them less than Zero Rating. Taking money and not sending orders. Making excuses about person who handles orders being in the hospital. THEN QUIT TAKING PAYMENTS! IF YOU CAN'T PROCESS ORDERS. Don't trust these SCAM ARTISTS!

I purchased tee shirts in the past from this company and was quite happy!
However, my recent purchase of tee shirts was of seriously cheap fabric poor quality. Straight Garbage! I mean Garbage! I hate people who take advantage of loyal customers. Profit over quality. They should be ashamed to sell this B. S.
Do yourself a favor don't purchase nothing from them……

Ordered 5 days ago and they sent me an email with a bunch of excuses about why they can't send out my cds. Wish I would've looked at these Scam artist reviews before I ordered. Now I'm stuck for 3 weeks until I can file a PayPal claim

I purchased a couple of shirts over the years from MixUnit, but this one particular time, I checked out with the wrong item in my cart. I received my items within two-weeks, which is not a big deal, but when I contacted the mix unit customer service line, btw they only have a way of contact by email, three times to just exchange my one item. Im weighting this review to let consumers know ahead of time, make sure that you have the correct items in your chart before passing that submit button, or your will not be notified for a refund. I just wanted an exchange for a different shirt. I guess its my fault being the consumers. I will not purchase anything from this business in the future. Now time to contact PayPal and file a dispute as well. Peace!

Like many of the commenters here, I too haven't received an order I placed back on Sept 23,2022. I have gotten a ton of runaround responses that someone is sick, extreme delays, someone in the hospital, etc. If you can't fulfill the orders, refund our money. I was a loyal repeat customer. They will never get another penny from me.
They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
I'm having to dispute the charge because they won't willingly refund my money.
For the record, they used to be a great company to buy from. Never had a problem with them before.

This is my second time ordering from this site after taking a leap of faith and ordering just a single CD. It came in about a week and a half later, no shipping updates or even letting me know it shipped, but I got my product. I ordered 5 more CDs from them in a batch. I'm assuming since it was a larger order they took it more seriously. I got an email saying it shipping, how long it will take, and a tracking number through USPS. I got my order on time and all the CDs are in great condition and all sound amazing. Although with every CD I've gotten the laminate for the cover art on the CD is sticky, causing it to get stuck in my CD player sometimes. It wears off eventually. For 6 bucks a CD, I think its a great service. Be cautious when ordering anything other than CDs because you can tell by other reviews many other people have had really bad experiences with this website/company. Use your best judgment and I hope this review was helpful. <3

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a shirt for someone on December 1,2022 and it is now February 5 and I still haven't received it or a refund! I sent an email on December 14 to ask the status of my ordered and I got a lame response about the owner being in and out of the hospital. I don't want to be unsympathetic but I thought that was a legitimate business! Who sends a response like that to their customers? I continued to wait because I really wanted the shirt for my loved one for Christmas! It never arrived so I emailed again to ask for a refund and I got no response! I basically gave away $30 to get nothing in return! I advise anyone who wants to buy from them BEWARE! You may be literally buying nothing like I did!

DONT BUY FROM MIX UNIT. They absolutely ripped me off for 125 usd. They sent a letter saying owner was sick but it was all a scam, it's now been SIX MONTHS. All communications have stopped from them. I now see tons of others writing the same thing as me.
