I ordered from MixUnit back in September. A month went by and nothing had happened with my order. The charge came up on my credit-card statement, so I decided to contact MixUnit. I contacted them three times and never heard back. Scammers. Avoid.
Ordered something and it's been a 2 months now and still don't have my order are my money back... spent 32 dollars 2 months ago and still ant got my order are refund and I asked for a refund and they want give me my money back they are sorry as $#*!* they bout to have some real problems...
What happened to the previous business model? No more flash sales and it takes 3 weeks to ship now
I saw some crazy reviews on here, not sure what that was all about, maybe switched Management. I have no clue. The mixed reviews had me skeptical but I still took a chance anyway... and I'm glad I did because I couldn't be happier, definitely exceeded my expectations, everything about it. From fast shipping, to the packaging, printing, CD quality... will definitely be ordering again and again. Thank you
I purchased tee shirts in the past from this company and was quite happy!
However, my recent purchase of tee shirts was of seriously cheap fabric poor quality. Straight Garbage! I mean Garbage! I hate people who take advantage of loyal customers. Profit over quality. They should be ashamed to sell this B. S.

Tried to call the number 1-888-MIX-UNIT... No answer. Left a brief message. Guess what? NO RESPONSE!
They've been sued (look it up online). And somehow they're still able to proceed like nothing has happened.

Paid for a download that I never got! Sent several messages and no one responds back! Don't waste your money with them they are a joke!
This is my second time ordering from this site after taking a leap of faith and ordering just a single CD. It came in about a week and a half later, no shipping updates or even letting me know it shipped, but I got my product. I ordered 5 more CDs from them in a batch. I'm assuming since it was a larger order they took it more seriously. I got an email saying it shipping, how long it will take, and a tracking number through USPS. I got my order on time and all the CDs are in great condition and all sound amazing. Although with every CD I've gotten the laminate for the cover art on the CD is sticky, causing it to get stuck in my CD player sometimes. It wears off eventually. For 6 bucks a CD, I think its a great service. Be cautious when ordering anything other than CDs because you can tell by other reviews many other people have had really bad experiences with this website/company. Use your best judgment and I hope this review was helpful. <3
They are great... will keep buying from them forever... wish they had more bay area music... Get more bay music!
Had an absolutely terrible experience with the company. After a couple months I finally got my refund after going through PayPal. The website photos show their shirts with a logo on the inside collar (Shirt Tag) which would have been fine. But when I FINALLY received my shirts in the mail (In a taped up plastic bag) they have their mixunit logo printed all over the front of the shirts. Completely ruining the design. The website completely misrepresents what they do. After contacting them they said they would resend the shirts without the logo but they never did and just gave me the run-around for another month or so. It is very unfortunate because otherwise the quality of the t-shirt and print is good. You just have no idea what you're going to get when you order from them. Complete and total bait-and-switch and I could not recommend them to anyone. Super unfortunate because my first order was over $100 and I even gave them an opportunity to fix the problem and had they done that I would have easily spent another $300, as I collect music shirts and I have already spent about $1,500 in the last 3 months on band/music shirts. I'm so disappointed because their website shows a very impressive collection you just cannot trust it.
They responded last week and told me there was an request to refund my money but they haven't been open and we're backed up on orders and would get to my refund as soon as possible and days later still nothing. I honestly don't feel I will get my money back I just wasted money for nothing I will just throw my cash in the trash before I ever order from them again
I was very excited to find the cds my boyfriend wanted as I hav look many places and couldn't find them I ordered four in total and they came fairly fast little over a week. I give them to him and none of them will play in the car or in the CD player in the house I emailed mix unit and they got back to me pretty fast stating they will let management know and someone will get back to me as soon as possible. That's been over three weeks and I have emailed multiple times and still no response. All I want is cds that actually work
For years I never had problems with order from mixunit.com but lately some mixtape CDs I purchased are missing songs and tracklist is not in the correct order. Will not be buying anything from them anymore unless they fix that problem.
I ordered a download by polyester the Saint and never received it. Read alot if bad reviews about this websit. Thinking if i read up on the company before buying i most likely would have not. Please send me my download or my money back!
Two of my albums are being offered for sale on the website. I haven't seen a dime of any money received from sales. Fraudulent SCAM website!

I had placed 3 orders with this company and the first order was great, I'm guessing being a new customer they wanted to impress, the next 2 orders were very poor quality and returned for refund. They received the return October 3 and I still to this day have not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails with including tracking number because when I informed them they were getting sent back, I was told they would be on the lookout for them but they had already been there and I have called over 50 times, ONCE they answered the phone and I was told "they are probably sitting in a basket on the desk to be processed" and at that point they had already had them back for 2 weeks. I finally contacted the BBB to file a complaint and that was 11-23-20 and they have not responded to the complaint or issued a refund so I contacted the BBB again through email and asked them to re-contact the company.
I cancelled my order back in July after I was charged twice for my order ( I spoke to the manager Mike) he was super friendly in assisting with the issue but has no refunded my money. I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months now and nobody can be bothered to contact me back or reply to my emails/phone calls.
First off let me say, I've been ordering shirts from MixUnit since 2015. Over the years any issues I've had with exchanges were always handled, not necessarily in a timely manner, but handled none the less. I ordered(******* order number)(******* invoice number) three shirts December 2nd 2019, I received them sometime in January 2020, but needed to exchange them for a different size. I sent the shirts back on January 11th 2020. I sent a follow up emails on February 10th, 22nd, MixUnit responded on February 24th 2020, saying "my order was overlooked and it would be shipped out that day"...
As you've probably guessed no shirts. I sent a few more emails on May 21st, June 22nd and July 17th 2020, I also called a few times and left a message... NO RESPONSE!
Given the benefit of doubt with Covid, almost a year to receive three shirts is UNACCEPTABLE!
They were bad I haven't received a shipping number or nothing just order number It's been 3 three day they're hard to reach paid for shipping and everything I got only 5 cds didn't hear from them hope they send it out soon
I never recieved anything fedex said it was an invalid tracking number it had too many numbers. Mixunit does not answer the phone or respond to messages. This is really messed up im not even sure if it would be the real cd or a bootleg anyways. Not worth the trouble.
Pay no attention to the fakea** 5 star reviews like "Best in the Business" LOL what a joke. There was a time when they were right on when they had different owners, but it most definitely isn't in 2020. Avoid this scam bootleg site by any means necessary
