They put on sale my album without autorization at $4 instead of the original price, they don't care about all. Stay away from this company!
Not sure why people are saying it takes a long time, I got my tees in less then a week. I think people are just unrealistic and don't know how to read. It says 7-10 business days right on he site. I got mine in 5! Besides that TEES ARE LIT AF! Excellent quality. Plus they have a ton of designs that I want to get. Only thing is they are a bit expensive. Still worth it though. - DJ Flip, NY
They have a lot of great stuff you cant find anywhere else. I have placed multiple orders w. Them w. No issues. Tees are high quality and fit good. I took away a star because sometimes my order comes fast but sometimes it can take over a week, but besides that everything id good. They are my secret source for tees. Nobody is up on this stuff where I live at.
I was going to purchase a dozen T Shirts and thought I better buy 1 first to test the shirt quality and the service over all. I don't know the shirt quality because i haven't received my shirt i ordered a month ago. I paid for a shipping time frame that wasn't met.
I have emailed them, and received no response. I have requested a call, as that is one of their "customer Service" options. It claims you will receive a call back with in 12 hours. I have requested a call back at least 5 times and have resorted to requesting a call every day now and still no word from Mix Unit.
Things happen and I can accept that, and there may be a good reason for my shirt not arriving yet but the lack of communication tells me they really don't care.So here I am. If you expect reasonable service this may not be the best option, seems like a roll of the dice at best and that sucks considering they already have my money.
I ordered on mixunit for the 1st time. Tees i got were very high quality and fit great. Only one thing is that it took too long. Didn't get my order till about 10 days. 4 stars cause of that. Overall happy though. Nice job mixunit! - Nick H.
Hi Nick, thank you for your review. The reason that it takes 7 - 10 business days is because all of the tees are printed (by us!) at the time the order is placed. We do this so that we can control the quality of the final product. For many years, we sold tees from other brands, but found too many inconsistencies w. The quality, size & fit of what they offered. Therefore, we took the process in-house and are now printing everything ourselves. That is why it takes 7 - 10 days for orders to be received. Thanks again for you positive review! - Ben@MixUnit.
Stay away from this company. No contact information, No communication, No delivered product. Made multiple purchases with good faith, only to run into hell dealing with these scam artist.
Hi Pesty, sounds like we really dropped the ball on this. Perhaps your order was put on hold by us because we couldn't verify some information? If so, you should have received an email stating that there was an issue. Either way, can you please contact us via PMB on this channel so that we resolve this issue for you? On a side note: if you ever place an order with a company online and do not receive your product, you can contact your credit card company (or PayPal if you pay that way) and dispute the charge. If that company does not provide your credit card company with a delivery confirmation/tracking number, then you will be fully refunded for your order. There is very little risk shopping online nowadays as long as you know what to do!
I purchased a couple of shirts over the years from MixUnit, but this one particular time, I checked out with the wrong item in my cart. I received my items within two-weeks, which is not a big deal, but when I contacted the mix unit customer service line, btw they only have a way of contact by email, three times to just exchange my one item. Im weighting this review to let consumers know ahead of time, make sure that you have the correct items in your chart before passing that submit button, or your will not be notified for a refund. I just wanted an exchange for a different shirt. I guess its my fault being the consumers. I will not purchase anything from this business in the future. Now time to contact PayPal and file a dispute as well. Peace!

MixUnit steals there t-shirt designs from legit artists and designers. Don't support them. They don't even have a page on there site for art thief, so it shows they don't care who they rip off.
Worst shopping experience ever. Waited patiently for 3 shirts ordered at the same time. After a month I realized that I had a tracking number. Tracking revealed that the shirts were allegedly delivered on Dec. 18,2017. I tried to call Mix Unit with no success so I completed the online inquiry. About a day later I received and electronic response that they were behind on orders due to the holidays and that I would received my order soon. This was extremely confusing since the tracking number said the package had been delivered. So I waiting again. I continued to try to call Mix Unit with no success. I then completed another online inquiry which this time I did not received a response. Waited again then tried a third online inquiry. Still no response and we were now in March 2018. I went to my bank and had the funds returned to me on March 9,2018. Now that we are in April 2018 the funds have been taken from my bank account for the second time. BUT! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHIRTS THAT I ORDERED ON NOVEMBER 27TH! Stay away from these people. It is a scam. Apparently some people receive orders and some do not. I am starting to believe that positive reviews have been left by the owners of this site and I question whether or not anyone has ever received an order. If you are contemplating ordering... Don't do it!
I ordered a t-shirt for my boyfriend as a surprise and I was hoping he would get it within that week that I had bought it but it has been two weeks later and I still have not received the shirt or a tracking number. I found it strange that I had ordered something else around that same time from Forever 21 and Amazon and I received all of those gifts before I can even get a tracking number from mixunit. Upset, I emailed the contact support to see where I can get a tracking number and got no response. Today is March 26th and it says on its website that it was approved on March 19th but I have still not received the tracking number or my package. I was scared to try them because I was scared of being scammed so I'm kind of kicking myself in the butt right now. I called both support numbers And nobody answered and just left another email. If I do not receive my tracking number, a response to my email, or my shirt I will be taking other measures. I am very very unhappy
EDIT (3/27): I just miraculously received a tracking number but I am still on edge about believing it is going to ship. Will keep checking.
The shirts look good on the website but take forever and a day to get them. I ordered on march 9,2018 and im still waiting. No Answer or response when i send emails. I talked to someone on the phone nice guy but he dis not keep his promsie. Bottom line there business sucks! My son wanted to get some shirts for college but he left and the shirts still are not here.
They have great selection of merch. But not worth the headache been waiting for 2 week. Still has not shipped out no1 answers the phone or even reply 2 emails. Not the way to do business
Yo, love these tees. Good cut, good fit, hiqh quality print. Ill designs. Cant find thes tees anywhere! Shipping could have been faster. Overall Mixunit is the very good though
Wasn't sure about this site due to some of the negative comments below. But I ordered 1 tee to test them out. Quality of the tee is A+++ but the shipping was a bit slow (took about 6 days to get my item). Will definitely be ordering more though. They have a lot of dope stuff.
This company is awesome. Good communication. Arrived in a timely manner. Ordered 2 Nas tees & a Kobe tee. The tees were very high quality and the designs were fresh AF. So glad I found this site!
Wow, seems like you only hear from the angry customers. I have been buying tees from Mixunit for years. I know Mike and Ben (the owners). They are good peoples. My order ususally comes in a week but sometimes they get behind and it takes a bit longer (lol, not everyone is Amazon). Bottom line is that they take thier time making high quality tees. Plus their designs are dope. Cant find stuff like this anywhere. I was not going to write a review, but then saw some people hating on this site. Not sure why people complain that they dont pick up the phone. There is no phone number on their site? But anytime I send them an email, I hear back within a day. And I'm out - Alex R.
Don't expect your order to show up on time these people charged me $9.00 to ship 4 t-shirts through USPS and it was supposed to arrive between 5-7 business days. It took them 3 weeks to send me my stuff because they waited the 2nd week to ship it. And when you try to contact them no one answers the phone or replies to emails and when they do decide to reply they claim that their understaffed which has nothing to do with me since I paid a fee to have my stuff sent to me on time. I will NEVER deal with this company again they are unprofessional and slow as HELL.
Ordered cds on 2/15/2017. Order has not arrived. I sent an email and made several calls with no response. They will not answer the phone or reply to emails.
Ok guy's I've tried and tried too act civilized this company has to be black owned I mean I'm a black man and everyone keeps telling me to do business with the brother's or sistas it's so obvious here I purchased 12 CDs from Mix Unit when they finally came I opened them and when I saw that they burned CDs I said to myself this is gonna be a real problem. Lol went too play them and OMG the car kept on spitting out the CD so tried another one same results. So my thing is when I placed the order for 52.84 I spoke with the Guy and he emailed me very professional right but now I guess they robbed my azz. Lol No reply back by email No answer by phone see this is why Black folks are painted with a false conception now wow please can anyone tell me what I can do about these guy's thanks
Got 2 shirts and payed priority shipping after 4 days i called and the guy refunded me the shipping and said my shirts will be on there way soon... 2 weeks later and i still dont evan have a tracking number and they havent answered the phone in over a week! Or emails!
