I ordered 4 outfits from these asses on April 25,2020. I recieved one outfit on June 5,2020. I never got a tracking number to even track my purchase. Everytime I email them they send the same exact message. I spent almost 200.00 dollars and got 1 outfit. I just want my money bk at this point. Worst purchase ever.
I am in Atlanta, GA and I ordered a white jumpsuit for my friend's wedding. I was very surprised that the order arrived on time especially after I read all these other reviews. I had a backup outfit, but I wanted to get the jumpsuit anyway. Overall, I am happy with my order and I was grateful that it arrived in a little over 2 weeks - and no I did not pay for express shipping. Or no one forced me to write a good review. I Love, Love, my order and I got so many compliments when I wore it. I would definitely order here again.
I order 2 items the beginning of December 2019 and paid the $15 express ship and have not yet to receive the items. I just got the tracking info 4 days ago and when I search using the tracking number there is still a pending delivery date

I would like to let everyone know who reads this. Never order anything from this company ever. They lied about the shipping process. I paid for express shipping it took them at least 3weeks for my pants to come. When I finally received my pants. They were way too big. I ordered a large the pants they send me were cheap Material and they were like a 2x or 3x. They did not want to give my money back. They wanted me to give my pants to a friend or family and wanted me to purchase something else and they would give me 30% off my next purchase. I don't suggest anyone to order from them. Save your time and money. It's sooooo not worth it.
I ordered one dress just to see if I would get it. I received it in three wks. Don't rely on their shipping updates it's not accurate but I did receive my dress. Only suggestion is by two sizes up. I purchased 5 more dresses and paid for express shipping let's see what happens
The company only refunds a max of 25% of your order. Whomever I corresponded with refused to offer the address to return the merchandise. I requested an address 4 times only to have the company constantly ask me if I had any friends who could wear the items. They offered a 30% off coupon in the future which I will never use.

Ordered from missinlook and it took a very long time to receive the items. Upon receipt, the items look as though I sewed them together with low quality material. Additionally, everything I ordered was not included in the box nor was there a inventory receipt!

After two times of that I informed them I no longer want the items. I told them I will be going to give them a bad review for their customer services. They still tried to stall, but I was over it at this point. I put in a claim with my CC company. I knew that after 30 days I won't be able to put in a claim. They still was telling me the items were on the way. From May 29 to June 20 I never receive my items. PLEASE do not buy from this company.! PLEASE stay away from this company!

I ordered a couple of items for my daughters for her birthday to go away with on her trip. The only good thing I could say about this company is that my merchandise came in an adequate time. The quality of the merchandise is beyond poor and cheap! My daughter stated nothing fit and she didn't like the quality. Told me to send it all back and get my money back. I contacted this company for 4 months going back and forth with the return process. 1st they told me if would cost me more to ship it back because the warehouse was located in China. I told them I didn't mind I'll take my chances. 2nd they offered me a refund of 40% then 30% then 20%. Excuse me! Am I being marked down! This not let's make a deal! Then asked me if there wasn't a friend I could give it to and a refund of 20% with a 15% discount on my next order. Why would I give anybody this poorly made, cheap material product. My friends wear quality clothes! Not this cheap stuff! Needless to say I never received my refund, never got to return cheesy merchandise and I do not ever recommend this site ever! It's a SHAM! The outfit I purchased was suppose to be dark brown nice 2 piece pant suit (1st picture). When. I received the merchandise is is a reddish burgandy (2nd pic). Totally different color and cheap matetial. I reached out to the company 4× expressing my concerns. They keep nessaging me back with the same autonated message. Finally I found the enail address from my tracking info and messaged them only to get basically we can give you 25% of your money back. Please read message in (3 pic). This company is scamming people by false advertising. The address on your shipment is a California address and the email says China. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!
