I have recently bought a hearing aid. When it arrived I had to pay £21 in carriage. Because I was told I could have no refund and would need to pay return carriage I had to pay. Because this had now cost me &55 I was very worried. Fortunately the hearing aid is fine, BUT do be careful when ordering.
