I have been using this site for some time now and apart from the time the items take to arrive I cannot fault their service. The products are good value and when they do not come up to scratch, the refunds policy works well. The only downside is the length of time of delivery but (a) it is free and (b) I anticipate this and am a patient type so no problem there
