The absolute worse! It's been over 3 weeks, have not received my kids Christmas gifts! The company responded to my first review, asking me to consider changing my review of there company to 4 or 5 stars if they refund my entire order and in my ticket inbox they sent me a message saying they would refund $1.53 for shipping when I originally paid them over $5 to receive my gift in 5-8 days. Not only is this poor customer service but borderline bribery. WHY WOULD I CHANGE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ITS NOW CHRISTMAS EVE AND HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED MY GIFT. I ordered on 12/12/16 for my brother's secret santa gift because he sent us all the link to a magnetic cube as his gift request. Answer: Just Block the email, that's what I did.
Answer: I just dragged their email into my spam folder. The filter on my account then did the rest.
