I ordered 3 pieces voltage regulators, 90-220 volt, 2 kW. I tested them and they are functioning perfect. The maximum load was 2 kW; without any problem the system ran for more than one hour continuously, and we stopped this test.
One part of the test was short-circuiting the unit. Some semiconductors will be open after this type of mistreat, this regulator gets closed (so full 220 volt at the output). Be aware of this fact in your application!
In one of the reviews is the question: "what is the goal of thge blue potentiometer?". This is to set the control-point oif the gate of the triac. With an oscilloscope one can set this point such that the output is really zero with the "normal potentiometer" fully CCW.
In a couple of reviews I see the commenbt about the way of shipping. It is clearly mentioned that the delivery takes some time (15-20 workdays), however what is difficult indeed: it is not possible to follow the shipment! If this could be improved... hurrah! Another not-so-comfortable subject is that the description of the materials is rather primitive. However the company is selling so many products for such attractive prices that I do not feel this as a real problem.

Paid for expedited shipping, and was led to believe, that we would receive our mouse that we ordered within 2-3 business days. We found out Saturday and Sunday are not business days for SF Express, the place used for shipping by MiniInTheBox. After purchase the shipping in email changed from 2-3 business days to 2-4. First deception. Well, the product was shipped, Feb 23rd 2017, according to the email MiniInTheBox sent. This is March 1st 2017. Which is 4 business days. Cannot find answer to this question. Who does sf express use to deliver the product, I ordered from your site, to me, in Abilene, Texas? Can you please find out why the expedited shipment has not yet arrived, where it is at, and what courier service will deliver to me? I will also be placing this in my review, along with the answer I receive from MiniInTheBox.
Update: Received package March 2,2017. Customer service was helpful and courteous. They replied they would also fix shipping issues. Also UPS is the courier who delivers package for SF Express in USA.

Ordered on Jan 5, still not received by Feb 23 and, after promising a refund, that hasn't happened either. This company should not be trusted. I have been ordering items like this online for business for 5 years and have not found a worse customer service/delivery disaster than this.
Update: Almost immediately upon posting this review, a "customer service supervisor" contacted me and said that a refund was in progress (well, not really a refund, at first... it was store credit in the amount I had paid... it didn't become an actual refund until I specifically requested it) and a "gift" of $5 off a min. $10 purchase. I was also asked to change the review and give it 4-5 stars once the refund was complete.
I am forced to wonder how many other people have done this and maybe this is why the rating is so high? Only speculation on that, no evidence. Take it for what it's worth. As of this writing (March 16) I still have no evidence that the item was even shipped... still feels like they accepted my money and then did nothing.
