Everything as expected. Pack arrived in 25 days, from china to Italy. Good quality for the price. I suggest to pick the slowest delivery because u cant be sure to get the package in short time because of your country customs. Dont buy too many things to not pay extra charge for taxes
I have bought everything from bracelets to iPhone covers, and they have been of great, or at least acceptable, quality every time. The great thing is, at a HUGE discount, you can go on a spending spree and it doesn't matter!

- Most items do what they are supposed to do. Descriptions are accurate.
Shipping:
- NONE OF THE SHIPMENT WAS ON TIME
- If you want a quick fan for your summer event next week, go somewhere else
- The tracking service is a LIE. I bought about 7 items with tracking. They separated my purchase into THREE SEPARATE SHIPMENTS and ONLY ONE of them gets tracked.
- I inquired the customer service. It took me a few attempts before they started giving me a real response.
- They did explain to me that their products come from different manufacturers which is why they separate their shipment. There was no pre-warning about the shipment separation, there was no consent. I had no information, and on top of that, the tracking website they provide never works.
- Guess what, the items without tracking is still missing after 1.5 month.
Customer Service:
- They respond fast but their responses are mostly irrelevant to your question.
- They will use stock responses most of the time
- I hate to do it, but I had to bring up Paypal and threaten them that I will dispute the transaction on Paypal before they started giving me a real response
- Will close your ticket without your agreement
Overall:
-They do have a huge selection. But they are all overpriced cheap stuff.
-Their stuff does work. Just cheap.
-The arrival of your item is NOT GUARANTEED. Shipment is never on time. EVER.
-Customer service do exist, but they will provide stock responses until you bring Paypal and dispute on the table.
Would not recommend.

My order arrived on time, the screen is the perfect size for my phone, but sadly it was broken when I opened it up
I have made an order with miniinthebox. I wasn't aware that my items would be shipped from china, so i was really surprised that i had to pay extra shipping costs. I have also paid extra to have a fast delivery that they say it will take 3-4 days and so far this hasn't happened. Items are cheap but at the end you pay too much in customs and the express delivery is far from express. I wish i have made a better research on the reliability of the website & service.
