TERRIBLE!
March 18, 2021

One of my items was removed from my order a few days later - not available. That knocked me into no free shipping. I actually got a notification from Miles Kimball asking how I enjoyed that item. WOW! As for the remaining order, the charged my card and the items were NOT shipped at that time. Called and had a fit about that. When my order did arrive, most of my items were broke. Hope I never get a catalog from them again.

I don't have a problem with the item per se, but shipping is extremely slow. I ordered something in stock and it took them 1 week to ship--and that's because I complained to customer service. Also, the shipping method is very slow and it takes an additional week for arrival. This was my worst shipping experience with online shopping.

I have to say I am pretty impressed. I notified Miles Kimball of my charges and they refunded me 5 months of charges and apologized for the misunderstanding. WOW. That's pretty cool. I will probably give them another try. Thank You

I was Charged $14.95 for rewards program. I did not authorize charge. Never noticed charges on Credit Card for months. You would think they would at least sent an email once in awhile with discounts or something for being a VIP member. Terrible business practice, Will never buy from again.

In looking around on the net for something that would help me keep my rings from falling off. I have lost 1 diamond ring and that was enough. I found this site Miles Kimball and looked through their catalog and found these plastic inserts for your rings. They come in different widths and lengths and you cut them down to your ring size, I inserted the plastic into the ring and slipped it on and sure enough it fits just great and it does not slide off or around. Great idea, love it. I have other rings I would not wear because of this problem and now I don't have to worry. Try it, you'll like it. Bye Bye for now. Stuart S.

My order arrived broken. I emailed customer service. The next day I received two replies. One apologizing for the broken dish and explaining what would be done to rectify the situation. The second was verifying that the broken item would be replaced. Great customer service.

Do yourself a favor and just don't do business with these people. 4-8 business days means 4-8 weeks. I ordered something three weeks before Christmas and I still have not received it. Not until I filed a compliant, did I get a "your order has shipped" email, and that's most likely a lie. Miles Kimball should be shut down for their shady business practices. Will never give them my business again!

Purchased seat cushions on Amazon. They didn't fit so I requested a return. Twice. No response whatsoever from the company. Now I am stuck with cushions I can't use. 37 negative reviews out of 130 on Amazon. Should have looked before I ordered.

I bought $6.99 item (+$1.00 expedited shipping) from them on Amazon and received a cheaper $3.99 item available elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they said i had to do it at my own expense. I argued that the item was misrepresented on their site but they insisted that the cost difference covered shipping costs and such. Stay away!

Ordered a personalized mug on dec 9. Nothing indicated I would not receive in time for Christmas. They did not respond to 2 emails. My account charged on December 20 and received email that item shipped but no shipping info was provided. Christmas Eve was told they decided not to upgrade my package to receive in time for Christmas so I would receive it dec 26 (Even though i told them dec 26 was a federal holiday) it is now dec 28 and still no package and the customer service agent told me she could not do anything about it. She said it's now in the hands of the post office. They think I will still receive it "by the end of the week". They just don't care. Never ordering from miles kimball again.

Did not honor my order
August 31, 2018

First time buyer and last time. Order two items that were on-sale (half price) and I had a code for free shipping. Everything went fine on-line. Got a thank you for the order, but did not get an email conformation. So I gave them a call the next day and they had no record of my order. The order was sort of too good to be true so I feel that they were losing money so they decided not to honor my order.

A month ago I ordered a Christmas ornament from this horrible company. I thought one month was enough time for the shipping. I e-mailed customer service twice, still not a word from them, they never e-mailed me back. I don't want to receive my ornament next year! Miles Kimball sucks! Stay away from them!

I bought a pet memorial stone for my dog in August 2017. Well, it is a piece of junk. I put it on my pet's grave but It did not make it through the winter. It crumbled and turned to dust. I called the Miles Kimball customer service to complain and they said they have a 45 day return policy. I said but it did not make it through the winter - I told them I would be happy to send them a picture of what it looks like now. They offered me $10 toward my next order. I said forget it - they should make me whole and give me my money back and the S & H I paid. I will never order anything from their catalog or their store again. For $35 they lost a customer for life - that is how much they value their customers. By the whole, the piece of junk pet memorial stone is still offered for sale in their catalog. Buyer beware!

Backordered items
December 13, 2019

I ordered 6 items Dec 3, including Christmas cards. One items is back-ordered til 18 Dec and the whole order is being held til then... including my Christmas cards. Not a good company to deal with any more. Definitely won't be seeing my name in their shipping department any more.

I ordered a personalized ornament as a gift I never received it they never notified me that it was out of stock I had to do a ton of research to figure out why I never got it! Really annoying trying to order it over the phone to begin with had to speak with someone from another country who just kept trying to sell me other items, very sad years ago my mom use to order from this catalog every year and we loved it! Never again I'll shop elsewhere from now on. I wish I had proof of purchase but they never sent my item and no offer to send it when it came back in stock which I would've gladly accepted.

I planned on ordering from this company after I received a catalog in the mail. I attempted to order a couple things online, including a clearance item, but once I entered the source code to make monthly payments the clearance price was jacked to full price. Pretty shady if you ask me.

I placed an order on 6/2 for a birthday on 6/12, called them on 6/6 to find out if the item was being shipped, Cedric kept telling me the shipment was ready, it would be shipped "as soon as possible" "ready to ship out" but never gave me a date. I called on 6/10 and again I spoke to Cedric and told him to cancel the order and refund my money and give me a cancellation confirmation number. He gave me my order number and said this was my cancellation. I am on hold as we speak to talk to someone. They're really the worse online company.

Cheaply made products

Do not buy the train set or pet bed. It's a joke. Train set doesn't stay together... the tracks don't lock. Pet bed is worth $1 not what they charge. Products are cheaply made and should issue refunds.

Cancelled order
December 11, 2017

I ordered personalized bowls 11/26 for Christmas. Up until 2 days ago they were on order. I looked today and they are cancelled because out of stock. I got a good sale on them and I think that's why they were cancelled. Over the years I have ordered quite a bit from here, never any problems. They have lost a good customer.

Pitiful customer service

The title says it all. I had to argue with a customer service rep for 20 minutes to get a 10.00 refund for expedited shipping that I did not receive. He told me the company's website was "inaccurate". The expedited shipping option was not available. Yet he repeated refuse to give me a refund. When I finally asked for a manager, he said he would give me a "one time courtesy refund" and provide the refund. I will never do business with them again. Stay away.

Horrible.

I ordered some stickers. Literally stickers. For envelopes. I put the order in last Saturday. I just tried to track it. Nothing yet- don't even bother with this site! They will take foreverrrrrrr. The whole 3-8 days is a lie. I mean. How long can it take to ship out some stickers! I'd give this company a 0 if I could.
