They were reputable at one time, but it's been my bad experience that they are definitely scammers. Good luck trying to get a live customer service rep on the phone. If by chance you do, hopefully they won't be as rude to you as they were to me. Bottom line, I had to pay shipping both ways for a runner that was nothing short of cheap garbage. Definitely not what was pictured on the website and nowhere near the inflated cost they were charging. Please, be cautious and look around for other companies before you seriously consider purchasing from Miles Kimball.

This is an older question. But my response more than a year later is - no, they are not reputable. Find somewhere else to buy what you need.

This question is almost 3 years old - and this company STILL has a lot of shipping and customer service problems. Nothing got better. Shop somewhere else.
