Let me start be saying the massage therapist was amazing and and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my experience. The front desk girl ended up charging me for my massage (I have a membership) I was just trying to tip , she got "confused " then couldn't refund my money. I spoke to the manager the following day and honestly she just made it worse. She informed me that she would be "writing up" all the employees including the therapist and when I suggested that maybe they just needed to do some training she didn't like that idea. Really poor management. I feel very sorry for all the employees there. I tried to call the corporate offices and I was forced to leave a voicemail or send an email. I really feel if a consumer is frustrated enough to contact a corporate office they shouldn't get a voicemail they should be able to speak to a person. Massage should be relaxing not frustrating.

Tip for consumers: These are a franchise so they are individually owned and operated I would just be wary of which one you use

I ordered a personalized ornament as a gift I never received it they never notified me that it was out of stock I had to do a ton of research to figure out why I never got it ! Really annoying trying to order it over the phone to begin with had to speak with someone from another country who just kept trying to sell me other items ,very sad years ago my mom use to order from this catalog every year and we loved it ! Never again I'll shop elsewhere from now on. I wish I had proof of purchase but they never sent my item and no offer to send it when it came back in stock which I would've gladly accepted.
