I used the trial size they send out and by the time I finished the product I already had 2 full size bottles of both shampoo and conditioner. They were shipped so fast I had no time to use the trial size. I tried to cancel future shipments but they came anyway and I was told to return for a full refund so I did but they could only refund half of my money. I'm out 145$ now!
There is absolutely no way Cindy Crawford uses this product. Her endorsement of this makes me think that she's a money hungry celebrity. Save your money, this doesn't work
The rest of the products. I thought they were ok. A little on the expensive side for what you get. The Aging Cream on the other hand completely BURNED my face! This picture is on day 3 of the burns. Never had a reaction like this before. Save your face and test all products to play it safe. Never looked like this before..
The products are not good, the company forces you to pay for a subscription that you did not want and when you call they serve you in a disrespectful manner. What a shame for Cindy Crawford. No wonder there are so many disputes reported to the Better Business Bureau and ongoing lawsuits alleging harassment of individuals.
I have used any meaningful beauty for going on 4 years. Have always loved the product itself. However, the packaging the pump on the anti-aging day cream doesn't work. I reported that to HR to the company over a year ago and so I stopped using it. They replaced it but it was the same issue. So I stopped using it. I recently ordered it again and the same thing the pump doesn't work. So once again I called to report it to HR. I should be simple to listen to your customers and make adjustments as needed Other than that, I'm very happy with the product.
Terrible! So misleading. My skin is worse! I actually had fairly nice skin before using. Do not purchase. Cindy Crawford probably has enough money not to scam people. She is a disappointment. Trying to cancel is like a full time job.
I'm a new customer and sadly didn't read reviews before buying. I've used about a week and my face is or was burning before I stopped using is. Now my face is dry and flaking really bad. No amount of moisturizer helps. I canceled subscription so I hope they really did cancel it.
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only customer with the same issue. Somebody needs to do something about it. After I placed my original order, they sent I guess a replenishment which I never received. So when I saw the charge in my credit card I disputed and the bank got me my mi ey back and now they still want to tell me that so have to pay the Balance for something that I never received. They are reporting me to a collection agency still. Never seen that with any other company in my life. They are nothing but a scam
This company charges you unexpectedly outrageous prices! I canceled the membership as I was charged less than 30 days after receiving their product which wasn't good at all! Then I'm told I still have a bill for over $300! I told them that there products do not advertise for that amount at all. The representative said it's in the fine print. I said it's definitely not because I read all if it because I was concerned that something like this would happen. That representative then says I'm sorry about that! I said wow us all I can say at this point! This company is taking your money without your knowledge for their products and charging alot more than advertised! I pray my money is refunded! I screen shot the entire conversation in case my bank needs proof as I will be disputing these charges!
It didn't do anything for my skin I was very disappointed!
Then they took another 105 dollars out of my account without my authorization I had to cancel my debit card so they couldn't take any more money out of my account.
The title says it all. I did ONE buy purchase and suddenly, the next month was being charged again. Apparently it is a membership, which I never did authorize. Then they had the audacity to not provide the paper to print for the return so I can be refunded. I have to wait for the product to arrive, pay the stamp to return it, and wait for them to return my money. Dishonest conpany to say the least.
Tried the night cream for the first time last night. Woke up with a swollen itchy face. One eye lid puffy and stinging. Almost like a chemical burn. Returning.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Honestly the product it self isn't terrible, definitely not worth the money, also no difference is results and I've been on this product for 2 months( not on purpose, they secretly sign you up for a subscription). I did the 30 day trial and they find ways to charge you. Customer service is terrible and rude. Very disappointed that Cindy Crawford is behind this scam!
The products come in lovely packaging and there is a lot of raving reviews all over the media, but that's all they are. (at least in my opinion) I have tried many skin care products in the past ten years. I won't label which ones I have found that "actually work" on this review because I don't want this post to be about promoting other products. But I will say this, meaningful beauty is not worth the money and the product is so-so.
Don't waste your money.
Buyer beware! I called the company and tried to cancel and I thought that the cancelation went through without issue. The representative made me believe that the "membership" cancelation was taken care of. Then a few months later I see a charge on my statement WITHOUT any product shipped to me. I called. Y credit card company and disputed the charges. Now they are sending the account to collections. Cindy Crawford should reconsider having her name and brand associated with this company. Shameful!
This company practices unethical business practices. They automatically enrolled me in some membership that charges my card without my permission. DO NOT BUY!
My skin feels did not feel clean at all, it actually broke my face out. When I called for my refund, you don't actually get a full refund because you have to pay for the shipping back to them. I was told that I still had a balance that I would be charged, I had to wait 18 minutes on hold to speak to someone that could speak fluent English to finally get the issue resolved would not recommend this
I am usually not the one to buy stuff over TV but I decided to give it a try on meaningful beauty. First the product is not what it is purported to be. So I did not continue and cancelled my membership. Well it turns out you have to send your first shipment back or you will be charged the full non-membership amount. So what you think, you are getting for in X amount really is three times that. So I ended up paying close to $160 for that first shipment with all the bonus I never used, is really not what they say it is( $49). BTW I even verified the first offer is $49 with the order taker but they will tell you anything for you to sign up.
So the moral of the story is, first avoid getting yourself into the trap in the first place. Secondly, if you do not like the product, be sure to send it back within the money back period. What you bought really is not the price you paid for. It is three times the price they claim they sell it at.
My husband purchased a starter kit of Meaningful Beauty for me for Christmas. He spoke to the representative after seeing an infomercial. I have post cancer treatment skin and he wanted to help me. The representative assured him there would only be the 1 purchase and no reoccurring charges, however, 1 month later a package was received in mail with a $254 bill that they charged to his debit card without authorization. He contacted the company and was assured the order would be returned to his card, once he returned the unauthorized order. This was done, however, no refund was given and he had to contact fraud department of his bank.
2 months later he got another bill. He called and they said they would correct, since they could see the return as of 1 month ago. Thus far we are still awaiting correction.
The product is decent, but not worth the hassle of recurring unauthorized charges. Buyer Be aware
Do not sign up for this product as they will not let you cancel. They will claim that they never got your cancellation and try to keep charging you for product that they never shipped. Worst customer service ever.
