Do not sign up for this product as they will not let you cancel. They will claim that they never got your cancellation and try to keep charging you for product that they never shipped. Worst customer service ever.

Yes, I meant what I said! I was super excited to try the MB products. I saw the commercial on TV and thought ok why not? I had no idea that it was a monthly subscription. Two weeks after receiving the 30-day supply that was $60, I had a charge to my bank account from MB of almost $100. I went to the bank and cancelled my card. A few days later, I received larger bottles of MB in the mail, and I figured ok this must be why it costed $100. Thought ok that's the end of it, but I was wrong! I receive a letter in the mail stating that I owe and additional $186. I called customer service to determine why I am still being charged for additional product I had not received and the lady on the phone, who mind you had a difficult time communicating with me because I am from America, eventually informs me that the charge is for the "90-day" supply they sent me and that the first $100 was just the first installment of the $289! By the time I figure this out the "60-day" money back guarantee is lapsed. Sending an unknown 90-day supply and charging $289! Not just another 30-day supply, but 90. After refusing to pay, I received a letter in the mail stating that if I do not pay it will be sent to collections and go on my credit report. THIS IS A SCAM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

RIPOFF
May 8, 2023

After I received my trial order I noticed a charge for over $96. When I contacted them I was told that this was a membership! When I canceled I later was told I had to pay $250+ but they wouldn't send the product! REALLY? How dishonest is this!

First off, the products are terrible. There's a waxy look and feeling and my skin looks worse by far than before my husband surprised me with these awful products and their ripoff policies.

My husband ordered what he thought was the sample kit as a surprise to me. I thought it was sweet but the products are terrible. I sure didn't want more. They are VERY overpriced.

Then about 2 days after receiving the sample kit Meaningful Beauty immediately sent a big expensive kit that we sure NEVER ordered. They threatened us that we had to pay for this newest kit, that we never ordered. We paid over $200 for it and ask them to stop sending any of the products. We made that very clear. Now they are sending another bill for over $200 again and threatening us and we already paid for the last products we NEVER ordered and DO NOT WANT. We never received more products, just another bill for over $200.

Cindy Crawford - SHAME ON YOU and your rip off company of horrible products. You can rest assured I am not finished here. I am going to report this ripoff company to every source I can find including the BBB.

BUYER BEWARE!

She claims to own MEANINGFUL BEAUTY, odd, how is it that Dr Sabagh was (is) her dermatologist/skin care expert and she does not apply his name to "her " products! If I were Dr Sebagh I would be all over that in a NEW YORK SECOND! He is the one that created the product he is the one that should have the legal rights to MEANINGFUL beauty, he should be accredited to his own research, licensing, development and more importantly having his name placed on the label of meaningful beauty, unless there is something else going on in which he does not want to have any connections to or with Cindy crawford and her products and name... I'm just saying, you can't trust anyone...period!

The product is ok but very expensive once you get past the introductory offer. I have cancelled the subscription service twice both times have received emails confirming the cancellation but the company is still sending their products and charging me for them. Now I have to cancel and put a fraud alert on my credit card. Cindy Crawford needs to talked a look at her company business practices Do not buy the customer service is a scam and the product is not worth the hassle

Chemicals galore
May 29, 2023

Not a clean product and if you want a product that is not laden with chemical, this is not it. The customer service is also terrible and they make it difficult to return their products.

Loyal Customer
July 7, 2022

I started using Meaningful Beauty about 4 months before my wedding in 2015. I had the usual wrinkles... mostly worry lines on my forehead, a few lines near my eyes and my neck needed toning. But like every woman, it was about finding a great moisturizer along with a line of skincare products I could afford. I spent nearly a year traveling on the road in a semi truck so easy and convenient was a plus. I absolutely love the soft feeling of my face after I cleanes and moisturize. What I REALLY appreciate is the convenience of choosing the products that come in my shipment, the cost depends on my order and billing is divided into three manageable payments. I started with the trial gift set and evolved over the years to products that fit my needs. If I choose to skip a shipment... NO PROBLEM! Customer service is always very helpful when it comes to making ANY changes; whether it's product or billing. Believe me I miss it if ever I have to delay my order. I was 58 when I started using MB so I've tried and spent insane amounts of money on "the next best thing" by "the next best celebrity and product" for over 50 years. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic breast cancer. If there was ANYTHING that hepled in every area [face, neck, chest and body] and helped me feel beautiful it was MEANINGFUL BEAUTY. Now, at age 65 I don't know what I'd do without it!

I saw an ad for Cindy Crawfords meaningful beauty products on TV and called to try their special offer, because I've been caught before by companies like this that lure you in with special offers I specifically asked if I ordered the special offer would I be put on a drop shipment status the first person I spoke to was very evasive and would not give me a straight answer and kept asking for my credit card number for my order. When I refused to give the credit card # until I got a straight answer, I was disconnected. Intrigued I called back, same result they will not give you a straight answer.

I explained I only wanted to try the product and did NOT want to be on an automatic shipment program, once again they disconnected the call. I guess I will not be trying their product, I can not imagine how difficult it would be to cancel an auto ship for this product so be aware, like many companies Cindy Crawfords company makes a special offer and like it or not you are signing up for an auto ship program on your credit card.

My sister recommended that I try Meaningful Beauty, so I ordered the sample kit. They automatically enroll you in a monthly delivery thing. This all transpired around Christmas, and I am extremely busy with my job in December, so I didn't pay much attention to it. I was not a big fan of the products, and the kit was very expensive. So in January when I got the first auto renewal kit, I thought I would cancel my subscription and give the kit to my sister. Then I started a new job, my mother got sick and I forgot. They charged me again in February, so I thought I would definitely call and cancel when I received that order. Well it didn't come, and didn't come, so today I took the time while at work to call to cancel and let them know I had not received the kit for February. They informed me that the kit I received in January was a 3 month supply so they would charge me again in March for that same kit and they would not take the kit back (I had not had time to give it to my sister) because I was passed my 60 day return limit. No where in the shipment did it say 90 day supply or I would be billed in 3 monthly payments. I am so mad and frustrated right now. I told her to cancel my subscription and she said she would but they would still take that last payment in March. I have since unauthorized them to take payments from my PayPal, but she says they will continue to send me statement. I think this company is a hoax to get people wrapped into a sub par product with and high cost and then make it hard for them to get out of the subscription that they automatically sign you up for. Don't waste your money on this product!

Allergic reaction
January 14, 2025

I used the 5 piece starter kit for 2 days. By day 2, my face was itching and burning. Took off products and used a different lotion during the night. Woke up to my face and eyes being so swollen and it looked like I had a chemical burn. Do not recommend these products if your skin is at all sensitive. I'm on day 2 of the aftermath and under my eyes are still so swollen and my face is still burning. If I could give this product negative stars, I would... 1 star is too many. On a positive note, Customer service was great. They provided a full refund without having to return the products at my cost.
