My item arrived in a timely matter. Working with customer service is very easy. Everyone that I talked with was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my order. Everything works great.
You have to link your bank account which I dont like at all. I also dont like that I couldnt set up my payments on a credit card. From start to finish it took give or take 2 weeks to get my item. The product was in excellent condition when it arrived and works just like it should. So Im satisfied.

Haven't let me down yet, easy to order. Very Informative on payments and how it works. The only thing I don't like is UPS because UPS doesn't give you a time of day when they're actually coming to drop off your order and that's what happened to me I have to wait until the following week to go get my item

From the very first my business was made important. My contact Mary was always helpful, polite, stayed on top of my requests, and was intelligent and easy to speak with. Payments were altered to coincide with my cash flow. I am happy with my treatment and will be doing more business in the near future.

The salesperson I dealt with, Ivan, was incredible. He answered all of my questions and followed up with me very quickly. The delivery was delayed by one day but that was fine with me. I love my new laptop. I would highly recommend Ivan be rewarded in some fashion for his wonderful service to me.

All the reps from every department from sales and finance to verification were extremely helpful and polite. The only complaint I could possibly have were that they sometimes left me on hold for quite awhile but honestly that was a non issue and I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase. I applied got approved, told to make my first payment I did that within 24 hours of approval has now been 5 days and still they apperintly are waiting on a second verification. All documents where sent. I was informed they would call me within 72 hours ( 3 days) to confirm. Shipping details ect. No calls so I have now called 5 times to figure out what's going on only to be told multiple things as well to first it was getting shipped Monday then was changed to Tuesday then changed to thursday. I keep calling to figure out why the hell I made my first payment almost a week ago and yet my order is still pending to be approved for a second time. Now I am reading reviews that people where also put into my position then forced to pay multiple payments plus shipping befor receiving there products. That being said If I'm.not called Monday and my order is not sent out I will be canceling getting a refund ( legally they are obligated to refund you) and being done. But if Monday comes I get a call and my order is shipped this review will be changed. Until then I feel like I have been shamed.

Excellent! On my first order I had a full hip replacement, and couldn't put my furniture together. The delivery guy actually helped me. Lol. Cant say anything bad. Just incredible company.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
