Once it's setup and you've used it for a while it's so nice to browse stuff and order without any hassle of being reapproved and singing docs and so on. Quick shopping, nice managable payments and so far the quality of the products seem good as well

I recieved my first part of my order my TV it is amazing for the price I paid for it. I only hate it is taking three weeks for my furniture order. It arrived on Thursday but the first day I am able to get it is following Tuesday so it's just sitting n the warehouse.

As of this date I have not received the ordered items but they are scheduled to arrive in the next three days. I am satisfied with the help and results but it just time a long time to get everything processed and approved for shipment. Once items are received I will update this.

From date of order to date of shipping was over 2 weeks. Also chooses shipping companies that require a shipping "time frame" and requires someone over 18 to sign for bed sheets? Guess I have to take a day off work
Process and verification of accounts and ID took quite a while but customer service was very polite and worked as fast as they could. Once verification process was done only took a few days to receive package.

It says my purchase date was july 9th, that's wrong I started everything over a month ago. The customer service reps are nice and helpful. The whole approval process was a nightmare, took forever to get things processed. Many many calls to get the answers I needed and several times of we need this, we need this, we need this. I was almost to the point of just saying forget it. Then the shipping process took over a week. My order is now sitting at the delivery company thats less than 10 miles away and has been for almost 2 days but I'm still having to wait 4 more days before its delivered?

Great service but need to delivery in house not with chairs at your door step. Not acceptable for what you are paying.

Our standard delivery is a curbside/threshold delivery and the driver will not bring the unit into your home. But when you require assistance to bring the item into your home we have some upgrades available such as 2 man delivery, delivery to room of choice, debris removal.
Have bought a few things through MDG now and really enjoyed the experience. However this last purchase, a mattress, said on the site limited time free shipping if completed solely online. I did, everything completed online and was still charged a $250 shipping charge, I don't know why, I have yet to call and ask as I work 60+ hours a week. I just think that was a bit meh. I'll get to the bottom it eventually, but the fact that it happened in the first place kinda grinds my gears.

I felt that there's too many issues with the costumer services and system. Specially with the payments demands, the person to help me want it me to disclosure my complete bank account, demanding the transactions and balances, and even after they deducted the payment from! Account they refuse to release the merchandise. Bad business
