Customer service is a very important aspect of any business and not all of customer service is just giving information. Customer service is faining empathy when needed or finding loopholes when needed and mostly just making sure your customer leaves with a smile; however when I delt with your company I was made to feel young or stupid or less than, for a company that deals so little and also so much with the public it is up to your representatives to be even better than a store because all communications are done via email or telephone. I was very disappointed with the condescension that I felt from the other end of the phone, I was disappointed that even though I couldn't make something work because of a policy or computer system, your staff did not even pretend to care or help they were rude and frustrating and it's an area that should be corrected immediately.
I have not received my purchase yet so I can't give a review on that yet.
Ordered my product, the process was too much and when it finally was shipped out it was held by customs and the delivery date changed. The order was a gift and is now arriving late
It was a smooooth transaction, they were super helpful all the way, it took about 20 days to have brand new Samsung curve 55 in my room. Thank you all in MDG.

TV turns on and off then freezes or no sound. And remote won't work to turn it off have to unplug it. Called number on sharp book they can't find TV and therefore can't help. Called mdg they send me a different number

Very good experience from day 1, just received my tv, delivery was good, customer service was good except for 1 time i had called, had a rude customer service rep, but other than that very happy.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the product I was sent, and the attentive support of MDG through the purchase process.
However I didn't realize it takes so long for "processing" and for the item just to ship let alone be delivered. I guess I'm just used to Amazon's same day and next day delivery.

So far everything has gone well. It takes a bit of time to complete but I understand that. My last package is due to arrive in two days. The only thing is the shipping cost are extreme! I'm sure they pad the cost to minimize the risk they take on with giving credit to people with low scores but It really is extreme. Almost $500 for a TV, Sound Bar and mounting rack!

Received soundbar and switch last week 11th ofJuly. Sameday called on Thurs 11th to confirm someone would be at home on Monday 15 the at 11:00 am for tv delivery. It's Monday 11:45 am no one here yet.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
