I've been waiting since April for what I've ordered. I've finished the entire process and taken the money from me and they just have not shipped it. I've sent a total of 7 emails and Everytime I call I get transfered and on hold for way too long.

Something could be done a little better, the time is to long for yöu to receive your item. They want to withdraw your money quickly but take for ever for yöu to receive your item. Its just to much, yöu have to go though. It makes yöu want your money back and forget the item.

The Polk sound system is a little lacking in depth of sound and music quality, a little disappointing give the $399.00 price tag, it works and sounds great with the movies, it is when you play music through it. The Tv is fine, it was what I wanted. My issue was with UPS. The door bell and intercom was not working so I left a note on the door for the driver to call or text, he did not, he simply left and note and delivered the product to access point where I had to have a friend take me because the products were too heavy to carry home.

The people were friendly... music in English would be nice when having those long waits on hold. The process of receiving your order is way to long it's taking about 4 weeks to get a laptop I need for school 3 weeks ago.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
