Ordered my laptop about 15 days ago and still have not gotten it. I kept being told it will ship tomorrow and of course it didn't $#*!. Who knows when I will get it but at this point I think I'll just sent it back and go to best but.
Everything went smooth. I was able to order it without any doubts that it was not gonna come and there was gonna be a big delay but I was assured that it will be here on time as quoted

I am very very happy with my MDG experience except for 1 thing only... the delivery service assigned to my delivery would only drop off my TV and leave rather than give me the opportunity to inspect my TV first, also the delivery service told me they could have allowed the inspection, carted away cartons, and assisted with installation if the shipper (MDG) had indicated the need. I feel like for that HEALTHY amount MDG charges for shipping that service should include the full service of delivery, inspection, set up, and carting away cartons.
Hidden fees are more than cost of the sofa. Was charged 522 weight when the actual weight 226 of the sofa. The price was ok but after all the fees it turned out to be twice as much

This was my first experience with mdg. Overall it was good. Verification took awhile. But, I get why. They are just making sure you are who you say you are. Shipping costs were a little outrageous though. I am satisfied with the experience I've had with mdg and would purchase from them in the future.
