They advertise fast and easy; not so fast. I ordered one day, waited for a phone call to make a down payment. When I got the call he said I had to wait for the following day to pay. After making the payment I had to wait another day to verify the payment. Now I have wait a couple days for someone to call and go over the order and hopefully get the shipping going.
I got a ps4 and a tv the ps4 was prices at 500 or 499 k that cool a place that gives credit
Needs to make money tv 700 thats 1200 or 1199 k but I find out that no on top is there profit
And I seen a ps4 same one 1tb slim on for 349 I took pics and will contact sales rep? Why the price hike
This company gave me a chance and worked with me, made it very easy.

I got my laptop just fine, no issues there. My issue is with the poor service i have been getting on the phone. Just that alone is enough to turn off anyone from buying from you again.
It took a little while, but I got what I was hoping for the service was good, and I got my Nintendo switch and a free tablet in the mail

Ordering process was just too long and it takes to long to receive merchandise. I understand with all fraud going on but it was just irritating with all the verification steps. Still haven't received merchandise.
Had ordered a mattress couple weeks ago arrived yesterday afternoon was missing a piece and mdg helped track it fown and get it to my house

I live that they shipped to me in a day and a half but it took over 15 days after my first payment for the items to actually be sent. I was given a lot of excuses and the customer representative who was helping me went on vacation. Twice. Without telling me. Horrible customer serivice, but the oriducts are great and the payments are very reasonable. Overall, pretty happy. So far lol.

It was easy to get approval. MDG made a payment plan to fit my needs not theirs. No hassle. Delivery did not take long at all. UPS not the greatest but its the shipping company not MDG.

I ordered a leather set I waited over a month after first payment was taken from my account after not hearing from MDG no one contacted me to notify me the set I ordered was not in stock I was recommended another set I was told by mdg it was same quality well after 2 weeks the leather was peeling I called mdg was treated mean now i refuse to pay for this I want an exchange no one should be mislead to thinking it's good quality when it's junk zippers broke on cushions a month after all the peeling I have to but a whole new couch set now this is not right not fair I'm on a disability pension one small income I'm not well my health is poor I don't deserve this
