My last order was a complete let down from the get go. Was almost ready to stop dealing with this company. The lack of support when needed was unacceptable and the way in which i was forced to choose another product or face having current balance frozen for six months was totally rude.$50 dollars compensation for order problems was really just a slap in the face as iwas forced to select a higher priced item. When in fact if the order was processed correctly in the first place i would have gotten what i wanted at a fair price.

It's too bad that MDG's website doesn't tell you what items are in stock! Tried 3 different times to order furniture - 1st selection wasn't available in our area?, 2nd & 3rd selection had to wait 9 weeks for 1 of the pieces because they're supplier didn't have either of them in stock. Again, had MDG's website shown this, we wouldn't have had to wait for the salesman to get back to us to tell us the bad news! Btw, Victor was very helpful and sympathetic however that didn't get us what we wanted... 3 different times!
Also how can they justify their EXTREMELY HIGH shipping costs? Firstly on a 3 piece sectional, $205 from GTA to Windsor is pretty steep. Because one of the pieces was not available, we decided not to get that piece and get a recliner instead. Both the 2 pieces of furniture and the recliner were coming from the same supplier however now the shipping costs jumped to $354! Btw, the recliner wasn't in stock either, not for another 9 weeks! So we've decided to wait for the furniture later when something else comes up on their site and ended up getting a tablet instead which came with another one for "free". Secondly MDG, it doesn't cost $80 to ship 2 tablets that weigh a total of 6 pounds!
Again, I do want to emphasize that Victor did his best and did drop the price on the furniture however what caught my attention was that the total was more than before because of the additional shipping costs.
MDG, you have to do better than this!

You might want to ensure that the contact information MDG has co insides with what sameday shipping has.
I was supposed to receive my tv apparently on the 9th of April 2018 and its now the 13th and I still dont have it apparently Mdg never told them the number changed hence why they havent been able to deliver my purchase but UPS was updated from Mdg and I received the free tablet on the 9th before my tv.
Now I have to wait until the 19-20th if Im lucky to even get my purchase Im paying for this is the 4th time this has happened to me... hence why I cancelled orders and only buy electronics from MDG and its rare for that...
