Would be 5/5 if the ups delivery didnt mess up everytime. Otherwise great service and would definitely order through them again.
Ordered a computer through you guys, you took two payments out of my bank account waited 2 weeks just to get another phone call that my paper work wasnt confirmed... how much times does someone have to confirm their paper work?

I have not received my order as of yet but, I have been paying close attention to the process and have some concerns. On April 9th my order shipped from Concord Ontario Canada, went to Buffalo NY arriving at 9:32 am. The package then left Buffalo and went back to Concord Canada. The package then went to Ft Erie Ontario and the same day went back to Concord then back to Ft Erie the morning of the 11th. The package then left for Buffalo once again that evening arriving at 11:06 pm. So in almost 3 days of travel time my package has gone a sum total of 0 miles. Finally the package left for Hodgkins Illinois at 11:06 pm. I am completely miffed over this. If that isn't bad enough according to UPS my package weighs 1.1 lbs. How in the world does an HP laptop, portable DVD/RW drive, and a Samsung pad only weigh 1.1 lbs.?
Due to some sort of technical error that MDG still refuses to tell me about or try to resolve, I don't know where the remaining amount of credit went. I only purchased a tablet.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. I only have two issues that I need resolved. First, I cannot track my package. I put my order number in and my birthday in and I get a error message "invalid reference number" Secondlty, oli have sent two emails about this, and no one has replied. Not Cool. I need to know when my package is, so I can be home to sign for it. Otherwise I would have given a 5 Star rating.

Missing. Some a free part camera for the ps4. Other that so far the experience with msg is great it make my dreams come through

This service is by far most the most unprofessional... My time frame for my delivery was suppose to be 10:00am-14:00 and my package never came ontime and as we speak I still don't have it. There was no phone call and the business phones are closed on weekends. I was suppose to originally get my package by Friday the 13. That was the original delivery date when I first made my purchase. Then it was changed to Saturday the 14th ok fine I'll settle one inconvience for another. I waited 4 hours and my package never came. I had to take off work to wait for this package this is so inconsiderate. I most likely will be filing a higher complaint. As of 04/15/2018 I still haven't received my TV.
I CALLED MDG CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE WITH SOME GUY AND HE GAVE ME THE WHOLE "THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO SPEECH" SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY IN THR FUTURE.
The overall process takes so much time and effort... I think it could be shorten still plus the gap between the first and second purchases is so long.
