I havent received my items yet but my experience so far has been a bit confusing. It took a week from when I tried to purchase the items to know if I was actually going to get them. There isnt enough confirmation or information on the website so you know what is going on. Even after my down payment came out of my bank account the website had no order history or any information on my items. Once I called though the customer service was very good and they gave me the answers I needed that the website did not provide. So, so far the website is terrible but the company is very good.

MDG OVERALL is a great company everything i have is well packed and brand new just like they said. The only problem we the order and shipping process is that you have to wait a whole 4 to 5 days just for there bank to clear your payment even though my bank already clears it within one day whenever they withdraw the down payment. So this makes the shipping of my product take even longer I don't like it and I don't think it should be necessary for current customers so i wont be ordering anything in the future from MDG for a while because of the shipping process. I understand if it was like that for new customers but for current customer i dont think it should be that way.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the time frame set by the bank is 3-5 business days but you can always send us your bank statement showing the payments cleared if it's easier for you.
The first bit of my dealing with Mdg was not that pleasant. There were some language barriers I think that prevented the sale from being smooth. In response to my review Mdg did take the time to look into and see what happened and went out of their way to show me they were sorry my experience was not the best. I would def recommend them to anyone due to the fact they follow up alone and want you to have a good experience!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
