I ordered a Hp omen 17.3. The laptop came in the original package but was not in a brown box. So, it made it vulnerable to be stolen. I got the free gift but i am still waiting on my laptop replacement. Overall i am kind of disappointed because i really need a laptop right now and i am stuck with my old /slow asf laptop...

Never had issues before this last order. Had no problem with other department and my issue was with the verification department. Still bitter about it because I felt that I have had better experience than this last order.

Great service from point a-b... absolutely nothing to complain about, except I did have a little trouble understanding one of the workers, but, not a big deal

Its priced fairly high but that's it haven't gotten product yet so we shall see if it lives up to expectations or if it is cheap and shoddy

I emailed to have an external hard drive added to the order and never received a response. It would be nice to pick the game with the PlayStation bundle especially for people who don't play games like uncharted
It would also be nice to have better response time. Service was overall good but in some area's could be improved.

Smooth, experience. My customer service representative was very nice and helpful. She walked me through everything and was polite and informative.

I was dealing with a different rep took over a week to get back to me so I changed reps. I wasnt given the free shipping or prices match because it wasnt identical to Mdgs product.(the price match one had more stuff with it).

So far I'm super happy with my purchase and can't wait to play around with my items some more I truly am happy with th e 2 items I had picked out to recieve

Everything was perfect until i realized my sales lady didnt include my free camera for ordering online. I had to call back. But it was fixed so now we aee good.
Delivery was super fast

Your shipping company you deal with.(sameday). Is absolulute crap. Nothing but run around. Have called them and you over the last three days and get no anwser but I will email. You might want to pick up a phone. And speak to someone in person. If item is not at my home for Friday I will cancel this.

My tablet came on schedule. I'm still waiting for a tracking number for the TV that I ordered. It is supposed to be here before my next payment comes out on Friday. It's hard for me to ask people to stay home and wait when I'm not 100%sure when it will be there
