I ordered a Hp omen 17.3. The laptop came in the original package but was not in a brown box. So, it made it vulnerable to be stolen. I got the free gift but i am still waiting on my laptop replacement. Overall i am kind of disappointed because i really need a laptop right now and i am stuck with my old /slow asf laptop...
Never had issues before this last order. Had no problem with other department and my issue was with the verification department. Still bitter about it because I felt that I have had better experience than this last order.

I emailed to have an external hard drive added to the order and never received a response. It would be nice to pick the game with the PlayStation bundle especially for people who don't play games like uncharted
It would also be nice to have better response time. Service was overall good but in some area's could be improved.

Your shipping company you deal with.(sameday). Is absolulute crap. Nothing but run around. Have called them and you over the last three days and get no anwser but I will email. You might want to pick up a phone. And speak to someone in person. If item is not at my home for Friday I will cancel this.
My tablet came on schedule. I'm still waiting for a tracking number for the TV that I ordered. It is supposed to be here before my next payment comes out on Friday. It's hard for me to ask people to stay home and wait when I'm not 100%sure when it will be there

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
