Fix delivery issues
August 20, 2018

I ordered my computer on the 1st of August 2018 and paid my first payment on time already. It is the 17th and I still have not received my package. Ups says they are waiting for customs to release my package and it could take up to 60 days until it's released but I will still be paying for a computer I'm still waiting for and I wanted it before my son started school but he has already started just really disappointed about this wait time for delivery

The people at MSG are great but having to wait for the computers to shop took for ever. But other then that at was all. Good.

Wouldn't reccomend

I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone and pissed off is an understatement. Its been over a week and I haven't heard anything. More info was needed, they got it and don't ever hear nothing back and when I call they won't help me and transfer me to the sales rep in charge of my order and account. His name is Mike b and he does not reply to emails nor return calls ever. I'm losing my patience and on initial setup I have my first payment to be taken out tomorrow and if it gets taken out there will be hell to pay.

Happy Camper

I did feel that the verification process was a bit long but overall i am very happy. I like how the payment options are set up and i love how fast the items arrived once they were shipped. Delivery

Everything was great but the shipping. Mdg called to verify my order. Once verified she told me the shipping dates of monday or tuesday. I arranged those 2 days off work. O received a call from the delivery people that delivery will be Wednesday or friday. If i cannot find a person to be there for the delivery i may have to cancel my order.

I bought the bedroom set with alot of storage, it eas a great experience and the assistance was mind blowing they worked with me to finalize all my details alot of back and forth but thats to be expected... they are after ectending credit. Not Happy

It takes forever to receive products from these people. I added something to my order a week ago and they still haven't sent it out. Once they do send it out it will take about 9 days to receive. I wont be ordering from them again.
