When I ordered my product the MDG website said it was in stock. Upon speaking to the sales person I was told you dont have any and you will get in touch again when you do.
Almost a week later the verification department contatcted me to complete the order.
When I brought up issues regarding my order and shipping to a customer service agent my issues were totally ignored and I was again told to just wait.
Shipping issues - Package arrived in the city Thursday at 3pm. I called the shipping company and was told it did arrive and was handed to a Third party courier in which they would call to setup a drop off time. I was told they cannot give the name or number to the courier...
If my items I agreed to pay for are being handed off to someone else whos not the original shipper then I have every right to know who it is that will be delivering it and contacting me.
I expressed this to the customer sales agent and the disgusting fact it was now going to take 4 business days for my package to travel 19.2 kilometers
When I emailed the MDG customer service agent back regarding her completely dismissing my complaints I was ignored.
Overall I am not happy at all_ I have bought a lot of things through MDG and this very well maybe the last time I do it as this has left a sour taste with me.

I was a little reluctant in ordering at first but after i spoke to my account specialist I was at ease. After having to verify my info it was just making the payment then waiting on my stuff to come.

I love ordering from MDG they always ship my stuff right away I have never had any problems with them the last two or three years I've been dealing with them the only thing they need to work on is getting mattresses and furniture for little people I wanted to order my son's first mattress from you guys but you don't offer single mattresses

I don't think I'm ever going to get my package it has been in transit sitting in buffalo ny for a week and a half I call MDG customer service they claim they call ups and call me back never get a call back
So far have been great just received my dining room set still waiting for the rest. The credit is good that the only problem is the interest rate is way too hight I hope I can rebuild my credit score

I'm very disappointed of it not being delivered yet ups says it's in comstems and ther is not much that can be done but mds did give 40.00 credit so let's see how long it takes to get

Pour ce qui est de sameday meme chose il étais supposé me livre mardi la television je leur ai telephone mardi mercredi jeudi et vendredi pour leur dire me telephone ils ne m on pas telephone et il m on dit que je devais allez la cherche moi meme! Je paye pour un service que je reçois pas pas besoin de vous dire que je ne suis aucunement satisfait voila!

Very good experience, I would recommend MDG to anyone wanting to rebuild their credit. I had to deal with customer support on a couple different situations. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were kind and curtious and very helpful.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
