Not happy with UPS as they keep changing delivery days I have wasted all day only to be told delivery was changed for another week.

Service is great. Just a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. But, I guess that's expected. Haven't received my order yet, so I can't say anything about it.

As per the tracking number, both packages were delivered on Wednesday, 08/22/2018 at 12:20.
Only issue is extremely slow shipping took almost 2 weeks my laptop is still not here yet but is arriving 8/22/18. Service has been great. No issues

The package was shipped on August 15th and it normally takes 4-9 business days by UPS. You can always use the UPS tracking number to check your scheduled delivery date.
To complicated, should have a chat line where you can talk to a Company rep that you can chat with on web page.

Well so far so good but didn't like that I had to call n call n call just to complete the order other then that never received the items yet so can't really say much just yet
Very fast and stright to the point so I could get my computer shipped out ASAP and as stated had my computer in 5 business days

I had a really great expierence with MDG. The only negative is the shipping company they use. Called to find out when my TV would arrive to make sure someone would be at my house for it. The person I spoke with was rude and unable to answer any of my questions. Wouldn't even tell me who was delivering my TV stating it was against company policy. I was very upset and not sure if I will purchase anything else from MDG if they continue to use Sameday for shipping.

Once the tv is shipped, it normally takes 3-5 business days to receive a call from SAMEDAY WORLDWIDE to arrange delivery date.
The sameday guy live my sofa outside on the grass he was along and I am 72years old how do you thing I could bring it in the house I never see that beforein my life what a respect for the coustmer

I was told my furniture was being delivered I ordered a bed and a set of couches I was told the delivery date would be on Friday so I threw out my old couches and I only received the bed no couches... Not happy now that we don't have a living room
