I had just completed paying off my last purchase without missing a payment, only to find that I had to go through the same rigorous screening as before. So much for being a great customer!

Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered the Nintendo Swith bundle, did all the necessary things they required: proof of address, bank statement, down payment, etc. After a week called to see the status of my order, they told me there was insufficient funds in my checking for the down payment, when it was in fact withdrawn from my checking, and I have the statement to prove it. Right then and there i told them to cancel my order. Do yourself a favor, if there is something you really want and can't afford it right now, put some cash away each pay and save up for it. DO NOT deal with these shyster's.

Computer is not working with the McAfee anti virus that I purchased spoke to agent and he said computer has update issues would like this fixed

Do I actually need all the documents that are listed even if I did the Bank verified download in step 3 I have a checking account but I don't have any checks because I don't use them. I had to wait an additional week for the pc. Meanwhile I have to pay up on time every time. Lame. Still waiting for it btw. MDG insists it's coming so whatever. Edit: it finally came. Just took an extra week and a half.

I ordered a asus laptop and when i got it there was no operating system on it then i had to send it to asus and who knows how long it will be before i get it back.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
