I was very excited to get the product I first ordered, but after going through the whole process I was then told the product was out of stock and then had to get the other product which was 100.00 more then I wanted to pay, also when I received the product it was all in French and I had no idea how to set it up so I had to pay a computer tech 20.00 to reset the computer back to English.

Overall my experience has been a positive one but with my most recent order, which I did online, was delayed due to a "system error". I called the 1st time to see why I hadn't received a confirmation email and the CSR said to call back bc they didn't know. I called back and eventually I received the confirmation email. The last person I spoke with did her job in one call and without excuse told me about the error. I appreciated that very much. I was in no hurry but was left wondering what was happening for almost 2 weeks. Besides that, I very much enjoy doing business with MDG and appreciate the service.

Le contract n'indique pas la date finale car nous offrons des contrats ouverts. Donc cela veut dire que vous pouvez augmenter vos paiements, faire des paiements additionnels ou paye le compte en totale sans pénalité.

It took four months for my account to be taken care of. It could have been quicker the delay was on my end. MDG called me every week to follow up with me. They never gave up. Eventually my account was set up and my order shipped. No other company would do that. It goes to show MDG is 100 percent about customer satisfaction.

From the start it's been unorganized. From having to double confirm my bank account to not being told my stuffwould be deliverd from two different company's to crappy customer care. When I called to ask where my t. V was. It could of been worse I suppose

Purchased an LG 65 inch 4 K TV and right out of the box it had a flaw or
Manufacture defect. It was not put together correctly. At the top of the screen the led lights were showing on the outside of the screen. The wait time for both receiving the tv and shipping it back was ridiculous to say the least. Though the monthly payments are reasonable the rest of it is somewhat disappointing.

They are so nice and helpful, anytime and does not matter who. Great customer service, They send me emails and alerts when my payments are due or if I have money/credits for more merchandise
