I just spent my second "delivery date" in a week at home waiting for my laptop. Nothing. Service is great until they actually take your payment... then it all goes downhill very quickly!
It was pretty fast and easy- very polite support! There was at least 2 guys that had to help me and they both very efficient. Thank you!
Took forever to ship and when it got here the extra controller was in the display box only and was smashed and than the game was not included

MDG is great. Not a fan of the sameday shipping company. I ordered the Nintendo switch the same day and it was here last week. But the tv wasnt shipped till after i got the switch. Would of been nice to get it together.

Everything was shipped at the same time but the reason why the TV was delivered after the Nintendo Switch is because it was shipped by a different carrier to ensure there is no damage.
The Laptop i bought works great for gaming for games im looking to play some games need to run on much lower graphics but its fine for a 1050

Not happy with the order at all, no cords, no drives for the windows 10 CD, monitor or driver CD, no Authentic key to activate windows, and i ordered internet security software and didn't get that either. I was supposed to have 4 packages and only received 3. So yeah I an very disappointed and unsatisfied because that's not what I ordered or expected.

Got approval quick. Sending in forms was a pain. For some reason had to send them in and even though it said "successful", half of them didn't actually send. Then after sending them again, one or two still didn't work. After all that, had to talk on the phone and answe questions which is difficult with the schedule I keep. Then it took another week to get here. Overall not the worst but could have been quicker.

As per the tracking number, UPS came to your place yesterday and today but you were not home so they couldn't deliver the packages.

Shipping time frame is determined by the carrier company and it also depends on the item and your location.
My reasoning for the low rating was due to the internal process at MDG. I had just moved into my new place when I initially ordered and because of that, I had no paper mail received yet to "prove my address". My condo includes all amenities so I don't have an account for water or gas. I provided a copy of my lease between me and the rental corporation that was amended to correct mistakes, noted by both me and the rental agent, a pay stub from one of my employers, a screenshot of my Rogers account info showing my new address, and even a letter from the United States Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Patrol all with my new address but none "acceptable" by the "verification department". When I was frustrated and asked to speak to my sales person's supervisor, he said he would try to talk to a verification supervisor about it and promised to get back to me the following day - I never heard from him again. Inwas forced to cancel my order and wait for something to come in the mail. All in all a very frustrating experience.
MDG is one of my credit score builders. I've already paid off my first laptop, now I'm waiting for my new set of tablets and I only had to send a picture of my bank statement! Seamless transition to the new order.

First time ordering from MDG. Customer service was always helpful and patient with me. No matter how long it took me to get my ducks in a row they stayed patient.
Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
