The personnel at MDG are very professional and courteous. However, the process is somewhat burdening to customers as there is so much documentation that needs to be sent and even after that a delay in the review process which in my opinion should be done as soon as required documents are received.

I have read online reviews of MDG and have to say that they are very good so far and that I haven't had any negative things happen to me. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable about their services, and nice to me. They set up my account quickly and easily, plus all of my products were shipped out in a timely manner and arrived in pristine, working condition.

Great review give a 5 star on point very professional cant complain about it I will say one thing it would be great if they will have a ceva company near by so people could see how could the company is. The only thing I could say is it would of been nice if there was more worker to delivered the TV because there was only one person working and is very sad how he had to do it on his own but yea more workers and a near by ceva company

First of all, I am glad I got approved for this account so close to my birthday. Then I was able to purchase this Lenovo laptop for my birthday. It got to me the night before my birthday. I am soooooooo happy. I got the laptop I really wanted. I feel Lenovo is one of the best laptops you can buy. The best birthday gift ever.

Although at first it seemed a little time-consuming it did work out in the end I think they could have packaged my Xbox a little better and my game I ordered didn't get packaged with my Xbox and they didn't box that in a box by itself they just put a label on the game I would have rather had it in a box in case it was left at my doorstep and nobody to steal it but other than that was on time with UPS money comes out of my account no problem and I have my Xbox and enjoying

I bought a computer and it did not work. I phoned MDG and we arranged to get UPS to pick up the computer and replace it. UPS was to show up on Monday, and now it is Wednesday. UPS still has not picked up the computer. I phoned MDG again today and was told they will phone UPS and get back to me. I have herd nothing so far. It has been a week now since i received the broken computer. I think MDG should send a new computer asap. Thank-You Jeff C
