Very nice although its been not a month also im waiting for an internet hook up hopefully there will be more intructions on how to use i have check the intructions booklet but i guess that is all thank you.

I received the Nintedo Switch bundle opened it, set it up and it could not be turned on. Thought it needed to be charged so charged it overnight. Checked it in the morning still the same thing. It sat on the dock flashing and still could not be charged. So called mdg and the person I spoke with told me that it couldn't be returned and a different one be sent to me. She also made me feel as though I was asking for it to be free. I tried to explain to her that I am not pleased to be paying for a purchase that arrived broken. Also, asked her that in question form. She told me it had a 1 year warranty and to call Nintendo. I made the call to Nintendo was told the Nintendo Switch did not have any warranty on it. Which tells me that anyone ordering a Nintedo Switch bundle has no warranty on it whatsoever. So here I am stuck with a broken Nintendo Switch that I already have to start paying for. If I could give 0 stars for this purchase I certainly would have. Will not recommend this company to anyone and once my purchases are paid I will never be doing business with this company again.

I've been using MDG for close to 10 years. I've never had a problem and I am always impressed with their service. I have purchased a laptop, a smart TV, a sound bar and just now, another laptop. Purchasing a super easy and I always get my item quickly.

All I wanted to do was make a simple purchase. It was a convoluted process that took several days, the shipping date for the project was missed, the delivery date was missed, and I'm being pestered for reviews for the product and for the web site before I've even received the product. Which will arrive two days before my first payment. I sent several emails to both sales and customer service asking questions about products, none of which were answered. The only time I got a call back is when it was involving money.

I have had a wonderful experience with MDG. I did look online at the Better Business Bureau and there were some terrible reviews. But I have had personal hands on experience with my representative and he personally handled every aspect of my purchase. I'd wish other companies would take these same kinds of steps towards customer service.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
