Everything went smoothly. After everything was ok, I had to wait just a week for my laptop to arrive. Better than expected!
Delivery was quick as always no complaints. Only complaint I have was when we set up the soundbar with the wireless back speakers they would not work, we went through Samsung site and tried multiple suggestions, after 2 days we managed to get them working but they tend to cut in and out which is annoying. But no other complaints with the company, we have always had no issues with any of our past orders.
I would recommend to anyone looking for any type of product Mdg sells. Mdg site is very easy to navigate and is easy to view your profile with reasonable deals for consumers who are on a budget or looking to help there credit rating.

I'm very pleased with how well my shopping experience went. The products I wanted were offered and made affordable through credit. Once the items shipped they came in quickly!

This company mislead me from day one. They advertised free shipping on the product I bought and I didn't get it because of the fine print. They wanted to charge me a extra $190 to ship the product when they already told me it would only be $38. They fixed the down payment after I fussed about their dishonesty and failure to be transparent. They again blamed it on the fine print. When it was time to ship the product they found every way not to ship it in a timely manner. I ordered on 4-10-2019 the product didn't ship until 4-18-2019 and I received it on 4-25-2019. They blamed that on their computer system and asked me to verify my bank account further by sending in bank statements even though my down payment cleared and they could see that it cleared. I'm telling you now if you buy from these people prepare to wait. They don't care about customers just the money. If you have to call and talk to a rep be prepared to be upset by the end of the conversation. THEY DO NOT CARE. They will talk to like they are right when they are clearly wrong and they will stand behind their wrong doings. I definitely have more to say but I'm going to leave it be. Please DO NOT BUY!

As an existing customer MDG has made it easy to order new product. Their financing department is easy to deal with but could work on communication a little better and in a more timely matter. Other than that I like using MDG for my computer products.
