Awesome customer service and surprisingly quick. Although I do have a feeling they are motivated individually by selling the extended warranty as if they make an incentive. Nothing wrong with that, I have actually been in such jobs. But really great overall. Oh and the "minimal amount of words" required to even get through this is a bit pushy. But I give you guys 5 star's, it was completely painless. Thanks again guy's

Made my order and then saw the horrid reviews so I called to confront the issue. My sales rep sucked and was proving the reviews to be true so I ask for her manager who heard my concerns with grace and humility and so far everything had been good.

I broke my laptop that I use for work; clearly I immediately needed a replacement with Ethernet or RJ-45 port. MDG verifies my bank, I made first payment, then and only then my laptop was shipped. Exactly as described and so excited about the new laptop.
