Horrible employees, slow service, mediocre food and now exorbitant prices. It's time society puts McDonald's back in their place, serving the people and not themselves! Poor customer service, the employees are third rate (go figure, they're all woke) and the food has not changed for the better. And you folks get record profits, each year. Time for you to be boycotted!
I hate how McDonald's makes you pull ahead in the drive thru when there is no one else behind you. I think I they do it to make it look like they got someone served faster, but in reality it takes longer to get your food.
Literally the worst. Missed 2 junior chickens after making a mobile order. Everything I son the screen for them. Proceeded to give me lip about getting my order wrong and getting mad at me after I was being so nice. I dont know just ridiculous
I paid for a large FF and this is what I pulled from the bag. I vow to NEVER eat at any McDonalds ever again. We've been fooled our whole lives that this food is tasty. It is far from how a real burger should taste and the FF are just horribly greasy and salty. McDonald's has over a 100k stores worldwide…making billions per year. You pay for a Large fry and get a Medium fry. They steal from you when they clearly don't have to. McDonald's is Garbage y'all. Pure trash.
So the food is always good I love it alot but its really unhealthy. And they are capitalizing on this new year 2024 by taking away good deals and raising their prices more. The rewards system they used to have used to be good but they took away any good deal they used to have. And the rewards system even after paying 45 dollars there is just not that great. Maybe the large frappe' deal is ok, but I remember back in the day you stamp out 5 frappe's and you get one free. Now its 45 bucks or 45 bucks to just get a little sandwich. The prices here in kentucky are not as inflated as tennessee and oh my gosh they are so more inflated in TN. Do better as an establishment/ business. Stop your inflation! Heck I dont even see promotions for Ronald Mcdonald's house anymore. Probably don't care for the kids much anymore either. What a sad joke and we all know your establishment got a big covid check and tax right off. Make the rich richer and the poor more poor. No wonder there is such low reviews on here for Mcdonald's. Dont forget people WE CAN STILL BOYCOTT.
I used a McDonald's app where if you earn enough points you can get certain thing for free using the points. So one day me and my friend went to eat McDonald's, I used the McDonald's app and used my points to get a free large fries and I brought an choco ice cream. I used my card to pay but they made me pay for the large fries when it's supposed to be for free because I used my points to pay. I went to the counter with my friend and explained the incident. The manager there said they would return me $5 and I had to give him $1 (for the ice cream so he is only refunding money for my fries) 15 mins passed by and he hasn't gave me anything. Only after my friend reminded the manager he went to the cashier part and gave us a recipe and we gave him $1. At first I was confused, but my friend said that they were going to give us another set of fries in return not the $5. Another 15 mins went by,my friend went to ask where the refunded fries were and the worker told her that there is no additional fries (which means the fries that I was not supposed to pay for BC I used my points were the "refund") after processing I realised that McDonald's scammed me and I payed $6+ for one large french fries. McDonalds at Dorr & Reynolds in Toledo. Poor customer service and laziness That I could live with. An enployee took a piece of trash off of the bottom of her shoe and placed in on the food prep area. The manager was notified and refused to sanitize the area and continued to prepare and serve food from this contaminated prep table. Disgusting. Owner ignores BBB complaints and refuses to refund meals that were inedible due to sanitary conditions
The tables, floor, obstacle course and chairs were dirty. At one time, McDonalds prided themselves on cleanliness. No longer is that the case. The Happy Meals were missing items (apple slices). As a grandparent I would be hard pressed to visit McDonalds again

Little did I know the quality of products stored in the warehouse could be so low. They impose the idea that they use only fresh products to cook their branded burgers, but at the same time, I decided to check it and was terrified. I cut the burger and noticed that the hamburgers cutlet was completely raw and stunk for real.
I'm sure that I will never come over the joints of mcdonalds again.
I was an absolute loyal McDonalds customer. At least 3 times a week it was my favorite,QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. In Oct.,hospitalized for almost a month,I had my husband buy my meal. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? The burger was smaller and I was so disappointed! Everything was NOT upto par,& I am sorry to say,...I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK!

On our way back to Arizona after a brief visit with family in Colorado, we stopped for a quick bite at a McDonald's drive-thru in Colorado Springs. It was going on 4pm and we were booked into the Marriott in Raton, New Mexico, still a couple hours away, and we just wanted something to hold us over.
We placed our order from the car, then drove to Window #2 as directed, only to be met there by a young man with very matted, blond cornrows sprouting out in all directions from his head.
Now, the hair in itself would have been no big deal, and I wouldn't have given it a second thought if he hadn't been digging at his scalp the entire time we were waiting for our order to come up, grabbing one cornrow at a time and twirling it around his index finger, intending to give it "body", I guess, then digging around for another one to give the same treatment, all the while flashing a completely unattractive (and unappetizing!) armpit.
Long story short (and less disgusting), I cancelled the order, asked for a refund, specifying that I wanted anyone other than him touching the money. His supervisor did oblige, but was very snippy in the process, seemingly accepting her employee's total lack of concern for his appearance... probably because she had two-inch, wildly-decorated, Edward Scissorhands fingernails on the thumb and first two fingers of each hand.
I am left to wonder if just this particular restaurant in Colorado Springs, or has the entire brand given up on civility?

My daughter fell twice on floors that were left way too wet. One was witnessed by an employee that kept walking. I notified the employee that had washed the floors of my daughter falling twice. His reply was "what do you want me to do about it?"I suggested maybe trying to dry up some of the spots that seemed unusually wet. He grabbed a piece of paper towel from the roll and came over to our table, then said "it's all dry here now" and went on to try to get some of the other wet spots. My daughter was concerned this was her fault, her knee and back hurt and she was upset. I explained that sometimes the floors get a little too wet when they are washed or maybe it would have been a better decision to wash the floors a little later when the dining room emptied, this was 9pm. The employee that was drying up spots on the floor, overheard the conversation and yelled, "I wash them now, because that's when I want to wash them!" He them threw the paper towels against the wall in the dining room and said "I'm done with this" the table behind us was alarmed at how he raised his voice to us in a conversation that wasn't even directed to him and then his angry response after. They offered us the name of the manager, which I will call in the morning. I didn't see the employee after that, but heard him say he wasn't going back into the dining room. A simple polite response to my daughter falling, twice, like maybe an apology or some type of concern, however she was only offered rude remarks and comments from the majority of the employees watching from behind the counter. I asked one of the employees what the gentlemens name was that had such a rude outburst and lacked any concern of safety. She said his name was David, I couldn't confirm that because he was standing behind the counter out of site. But I could hear him swearing and saying "now she's gonna call"... Any response to this would be greatly appreciated. This was a situation that could've been handled so much easier, and less upsetting to my daughter who lost her appetite over all drama the employees were causing. Can't say if the food was good, we left after the way we were treated
Doesn't matter what Mc Donald's we go to in California or Florida their machines for shake is broken and ice cream is broken. The girl told me to go to burger King. This needs to be fixed.
They are raising prices more and more, don't offer the one good thing which was the $1 pop so why go? Food is awful, service is awful and they NEVER get my order right. This is the McDonalds on Owen Rd. In Fenton, MI. Just better to go find other fast food as this one has gone down hill in every way!
I have been to the drive thru at eastern passage, Nova Scotia, Canada a total of 5 times. I never get the correct order. Something is always wrong.
My order was 2 Big Macs, crispy chicken and 6 McNuggets, drive-thru order. The flimsy bag fell apart before I even drove away. One Big Mac fell out of its box. As did the McNuggets. The crispy chicken was just a piece of chicken which had no mayo or lettuce and was just slapped between 2 overly toasted bun halves. This is not what I have experienced in the past and will certainly not go there again.
Answer: Wendy's. Just wendy's is the best fast food in my opinion.

Answer: Yes lettuce leaves can carry ecoli and other diseases but everything is so heavily treated with chemicals that it eradicates all pest n disease.
