These people are ridiculous. (Particularly Larissa I guess I would say being she is the name on all the emails) Tuner showed (in stock). 1 week later still no tracking # I have asked multiple times what's going on. They say a special order item is out of theyre control a tracking number will arrive in a few days. STILL NOTHING. And now all of a sudden they can't do a return because it is "shipped" but also have to wait a few more days for the tracking number#. (Assuming they can't return it from wherever they special ordered it from) SERIOUSLY. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They also said in an email it was in stock but yet another email it was special order. I have called more then 15 times with no answer and the only email I receive back are very short and enough to piss you off. (THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE) REALLY?
I ordered a Dinan sway bar kit on October 11. I was billed immediately. The part was on backorder. After waiting 8 days (October 19th) for the item to be back in stock, I asked them to cancel the order. They cancelled the order on October 19 and said that it would take 7-10 business days for them to refund the money. It has been 12 days (8 business days) and they still have not refunded my money. I also found a Facebook page with hundreds of people who have ordered items and never received them and never received a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have opened a dispute with Affirm. Mbenzgram has stopped replying to my emails. I can only assume that they don't plan to refund my money or send me the item I ordered. Please avoid this company at all costs.
My experience is the same as all the other real reviews on this site. Never got the parts I ordered, they said they sent me a refund but never actually did. They keep telling me they will have someone from accounting contact me and never do. I would stay as far away as possible.
Ordered on 8/25/22.3 weeks later asked for an estimated shipping date. At 5 weeks requested a refund. Im at 8 weeks. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Looks like I'm not getting my order or my money back. Save yourself the hassel and dont order from these rip offs.
I wouldn't recommend im down 300$ and they wont answer the phone and still havent gotten refund from talking to people through email.
I purchased 2 PCI seat mounts from their site back in August of 2022. They did not know when it would ship so I canceled the order the same month. It is now October 25th, 2022 and I still have not received my refund. For all I can tell this company is a scam. I don't get real people through email just automatic responses saying "someone from accounting will be with you shortly" and that's all I ever get.

Order brakes and tires on the 4th called to find the status on the 10th and it was not in stock. From the manufacturer said it was in stock today so I canceled the order. It's not the 20th to not receive credit for the $1900 purchase. Call the Company three times left messages and emails on the credit with no answer

MBenzGram is a fraud. I purchased a Curt Rebellion XD Adjustable Cushion Hitch w/ XD Dual Ball 2in & 2-5/16in (Includes ******* & *******) for $359.96 on 10/19/2021 having the ORDER #*******. Later I was informed that it would be backordered and delayed in shipment. I told them that I wanted it cancelled and they responded that it would be cancelled and take 4 to 5 days to credit my credit card. I have never received the credit nor the product. I have attached a copy showing where it was cancelled, however I never received a credit. I have tried to call their phone number and can't get through. Based on other reviews I really think this site "mbenzgram" is a well organized fraud site. Do not buy from them. MBGram is a fraud
Item was ordered and after 2 weeks of no response I decided to contact them. They supposedly issued a refund a month ago and it still hasn't processed. Stay away
Purchased a carb online 8/5/2022. Upon not receiving my order and no response, I cancelled on 8/25. I've made several failed attempts via e-mail and phone to receive refund.
Placed an order and product was on back order and I had to email them to find this out. After a month I decide to cancel order and a refund was 7 to 10 days, been two months and two emails no refund!
This place will not answer you back when trying to get a refund. Look at there linked I page before ordering… trust me. They got me once but never again.
SO I ORDERED A LIFT FOR MY JEEP CHEROKEE IN FEBUARY, AND HAVE BEEN REGULARLY MESSAGING THEM REGARDING IT. I KEEP GETTING A GENERALIZED MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL SHIP OUT IN ABOUT 2 TO 3 WEEKS. HERE IT IS OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE YET TO SEE HIDE NOR HARE OF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED. I GOT FED UP AND ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID HOLD ON A BIT LONGER IT SHOULDSHIP NEXT WEEK. THESE GUYS FEEL LIKE A SCAM AND I DONT THINK I WILL EVER SEE MY MONEY OR MY ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN.
I was told 2 weeks on my item so I waited two weeks for them to ship it. Once I didn't receive information I emailed them asking for it then I was told another 3 weeks until I will get news about my item. I've been trying to call and speak with someone all day and I've never once gotten a response with them many times I've called.
I would like to write this update because I finally did receive my refund of $1732. 50 from Mbenzgram. I don't know exactly what organization helped me receive my refund because I filed complaints with the FTC, the BBB and the California State Attorney General's office. The only organization to reach out to me was the California State Attorney Genera'ls office via a letter in the mail. I also bombarded Mbenzgram with a ton of not so nice emails. I would like to say to any other consumer going through the same thing I went through (no parts no refund) that I think your best bet is to file a report with the California state Attorney General's office. Don't give up keep fighting for what is rightfully yours! The Attorney General's office cannot give you legal advice and they cannot take on individual cases. But they do try to establish a better line of communication between the consumer and company involved. If the right organization pushes the right buttons you should see results! They do take allegations like this very seriously and through correspondence with them learned if they do receive enough reports of a company being deceitful or fraudulent with consumers that they could have a law-enforcement agency look into the matter. Which is why some people say that you get your refund back. When a fraudulent company is questioned about something like this they don't want people digging to deep and exposing them so they give you your money back. That is the opinion of a few people that I have talked to anyway. I did have to put a lot of time and effort into receiving what was rightfully mine to start with. Nobody should have to go through that much BS to get your money back. They can say all they want about special order items, but they should not be able to charge your card until they have that part in their hand to send to you. Or simply state on their website that that particular part is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock. I just wanted to write this update to inform others that my issue was resolved. Other consumers should be very aware and careful if you decide to do business with this company!
I ordered a Ford Performance Pre-Assembled handling pack from this company on June 20th of 2022. It is now September 6th of 2022 and I have not received my handling kit nor the refund I've asked for repeatedly. They are very quick to take your money even though they knew they didn't have the part in stock they still took my money. Which should be and probably is illegal. All I get is a run around every time I contact them. They seem to be a bunch of crooks that just take your money in a split second with no intention of ever giving it back even though they don't have what you order. Very poor customer service and so far unwilling to give me my $1,732.50 back. Stay as far away from theses crooks as possible they are a joke! Well there is one thing they are good at and that is stealing your money. When you order something from a online shop they should be required to tell your that they don't have the part in stock. And I can see from many other reviews that they've done this to many other people in the past. The only reason I gave one star is because there wasn't a way to give no stars and write your review. To sum it up they are the worst company I've ever dealt with and as I've stated many times a bunch a crooks and a bunch of other choice words I'd rather use. But I'm sure my review wouldn't be used if I told them what I really wanted to. So it looks like the next communication with this no good for nothing crooked company will be via my lawyer. Because I refuse to have that kind of money stolen from me. That's okay what comes around goes around you spend your life doing bad things to people and eventually karma will bite you right in the A?!
Everything 5stars are either fake or paid to review, they don't answer calls after you order or emails they just take you order, I'll be there in person for my money I promise y'all!
Answer: This company is definitely a fraud. I ordered parts on June 20th and to date still have not received my parts or the refund I've asked for several times via email. Just like everyone else that tries to call I get put on hold till I hang up. I've reached out to many different agencies for help with this issue. I am awaiting answers from some of them. This fraudulent company needs to be stopped.
Answer: While it's likely too late, they are a scam site who delivers to a few key people to boost their image. They also write hundreds of fake reviews. Contact your credit card company and open a fraudulent charge case. To be clear, I did receive some of my parts and after too much calling got a refund for the others. I will never order from them again.
Answer: Bet all you hear is wait 24/48 hours. At least my part wasn't that expensive. Yikes
