I ordered a top for my jeep they said ships in 3 weeks after 4 weeks I wrote them they said ships in 3 weeks I waited another 3 weeks they kept telling me another 3 week so finally I told th the give me a refund they said they would it's been a month now and I still don't have my money back I don't suggest anything do business with these people

I purchased a AFE Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro 10R Media for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler (JL) V6-3.0L for $351.70. After a few weeks I went into there website www.mbenzgram.com to see what was the status of my order. They told me the part is on backorder and said it will take a few weeks to arrive. After a few Weeks i contacted them again and they told me the same backorder should be getting next month. On Aug 8,2022 I decided to cancel order and get a refund. They cancelled my order and i have been going back and forth with them and haven't received a refund. Do not pass the 90 day that the credit card company will protect you for. Stay away! Trust me.

I have had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience with this company I've tried twice ordering the same part after waiting months and no word on shipping I end up canceling the order. And this is where the real headache begins. I'm going on 57 days and still no refund. I've emailed literally every single day and get the same automated email back. I've also called every single numerous times a day and don't get ahold of anyone. I did get someone once and get said I'd have my refund in 24 hours well that was 3+ weeks ago. Save your time and money and ahope elsewhere.

I bought something that had an amazing price. Turns out they didn't have it in stock nor were they going to have it any time soon. I ended cancelling the order and requesting the refund. It's been 7 months now and they never answer the phone. It'll place you on hold then go completely silent until you decide to hang up. As for emails, they just reply with "someone in accounting will contact you soon." It's been 7 months and no matter how many emails I send, it's the same reply.

They don't have any products...They just take your money! You can call, write emails all you want and get no results. Stay away from this company!

Placed and order for a holey cam sync plug after a week and a half and no shipping notification and two contacts with customer service I filled a cancel order and request a refund on their site. After 15 days and no refund or communication except for one response that it could take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my account. It never did so I had to file a fraudulent charge on my debit account and got it from the credit card co. TOTAL RIP-OFF, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a tuner from them cancelled the order and it's been two months, can't seem to get ahold of their phone number, can't get someone to email me, terrible customer service, trying to scam people out of money

Do not order anything from these guy been reaching out over and over trying to get my money back and had to start a credit card dispute.

I ordered a set of engine heads, turns out they were on backorder. They charged my card anyway. That was February, 2022. It's now November 2022, still they say they're on backorder yet other companies are shipping the very same part.

I ordered some wheels and I never got an update regarding the shipping after a few weeks. I decided to cancel my order because they were taking too long, I was promised I'd have the money back in my account within 7-10 days and so far I haven't gotten jack. Like all the other one star reviews say, the 5 star review are fake as hell I don't recommend using this website.

Only gave 5 stars so hopefully someone who is thinking of using this company sees it before they take it down which I'm sure they will. Go read all the 1 star reviews. This company has no products and will just take your money. I ordered an exhaust over a year ago. Never received it and been trying to get my money refunded for 5 months now. Like I said just read the 1 star reviews. They are the only true feedback from customers who have been ripped off by these fraudsters. All these top reviews are fake. DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE LOW LIFES.

Stay away from this company as they take your money but never get your parts and run this scam out of a PO Box in California

Ordered parts, they never said they were not in stock or not available, then got an email stating they were out of stock after I reached out, I requested the order to be canceled & CC to be refunded, which I was told was done, but it's been 3+ weeks. Every time I contact them (btw, can only be contacted via email, chat is no help) I get some BS about accounting will be contacting me. Scum of the earth! Hope the authorities get after these scammers!

I'm not even going to go into detail, but i canceled an back order item, no refund, they don't answer calls, you can't leave a voice mail, its just a big joke, LIKE HEY JOKES ON YOU HEHE. Luckily it was only $300 with affirm over some months.

I canceled my order over 4 months ago and have been asking for a refund ever since all I get is the financial department will be contacting you shortly no calls all they say in email finance wii get back to you nothing they owe me over $500
