I would like to write this update because I finally did receive my refund of $1732. 50 from Mbenzgram. I don't know exactly what organization helped me receive my refund because I filed complaints with the FTC, the BBB and the California State Attorney General's office. The only organization to reach out to me was the California State Attorney Genera'ls office via a letter in the mail. I also bombarded Mbenzgram with a ton of not so nice emails. I would like to say to any other consumer going through the same thing I went through (no parts no refund) that I think your best bet is to file a report with the California state Attorney General's office. Don't give up keep fighting for what is rightfully yours! The Attorney General's office cannot give you legal advice and they cannot take on individual cases. But they do try to establish a better line of communication between the consumer and company involved. If the right organization pushes the right buttons you should see results! They do take allegations like this very seriously and through correspondence with them learned if they do receive enough reports of a company being deceitful or fraudulent with consumers that they could have a law-enforcement agency look into the matter. Which is why some people say that you get your refund back. When a fraudulent company is questioned about something like this they don't want people digging to deep and exposing them so they give you your money back. That is the opinion of a few people that I have talked to anyway. I did have to put a lot of time and effort into receiving what was rightfully mine to start with. Nobody should have to go through that much BS to get your money back. They can say all they want about special order items, but they should not be able to charge your card until they have that part in their hand to send to you. Or simply state on their website that that particular part is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock. I just wanted to write this update to inform others that my issue was resolved. Other consumers should be very aware and careful if you decide to do business with this company!
