$630 order in June 2022. No stock, order cancelled and refund approved. After 68 emails and over 50 phone calls not answered or returned, still no refund. They lied about refund, credit card company has never received a transaction.

There send me email make me open my account with venmo and still not receive my credit.The answer I always received the tire are back other and I asked for refund still not receive I can't get them by phone or email this company look to like scam there have refund over 3000$ and I can't have any answers

Ordered a $8,000 engine. Took over a week to get ahold of someone, finally got through and he verified there was no core and READY TO SHIP so I placed the order. Another week and a half go by and the engine still hasn't shipped and I kept calling and emailing. Finally get through to someone and they tell me, "there's a core and that's what is holding the shipping" so I requested a refund and they tell me "you need to contact this email for status of refund and it takes 7-10 days" but it's been way over that and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $8,000! I want everyone to know what kind of "customer service" they provide. Complete absurd and should not be in business!

We called and was told that a carrier would pick it up on the 16th, still no update or anything. Almost a month goes by and still nothing. They then send an email saying its out of stock but on the website theyre still advertising the free shipping as if its in stock and ready to order. This website screams SCAM

Nothing but the run around, one line responses to emails, never answer phone calls. Was told beforehand placing my order I would receive the item "within a week" after two weeks of no confirmation as to why this information was given and still had no shipping information to confirm my order was fulfilled I had my order cancelled. Now, over a week has passed and still have not received a refund into my account.

Good luck trying to call them, worst customer service. And talk about wait, more than a month for tires with them saying yes will ship this week for the past two weeks then it's in another 2 weeks. Down right unbearable. Will never ever ever recommend this place or even bother ordering here. If you can't treat your customers right then you shouldn't be in business

I ordered and paid for a carburetor in June 2021. I was told the part was delayed, but still coming in. I was told this for over a year. I finally canceled the order in June of 2022 because the carb never arrived even though they kept saying it would ship within 5 days. They said this about 7 times.
Then, I was told since it was over 7 months since I originally paid for the part, they would have to send me my refund through Venmo. I still have not received a refund for the money I paid over a year and a half ago. Now, they won't even answer my emails or answer their own phone, which I have called over 20 times. I am now getting a lawyer.

Recently I was searching for a specific tire which was available Mbenzgram so I made the purchase. Few days later and still no shipping information so when I reached out I had to wait another day for a response. They told me that they would fulfill the order 4-6 weeks, so I told them if that is the case then I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund as winter is coming and I cannot wait that long. The customer service rep told me that a refund would be provided 7-10 business days and that accounting would contact me. Patiently I've waited and on that 10 business day still no refund. I contacted the customer service and now they are telling me to contact their accounting team, basically the place is a sham, as I never got the refund for the purchase that I wouldn't ever receive I imagined. Just a warning to anyone that wants to make any purchases from this place, don't do it unless you want be out some cash. Shady

Ordered tires from them in September. Then they said it would take three weeks. Waited three weeks and still couldn't give me an answer so I requested a refund. Guess what still no refund! Guess I'm out $4000. Still waiting A call from their accounting. Tried calling numerous times and nobody answers the phone

I made a purchase six weeks ago and used a firm to pay for it. The item was out of stock and I'm still being charged.MBGRAM will not answer my emails or return my phone calls. Don't buy.

I ordered a couple of shock tools.Two days find out tools are not in stock and will take 3 weeks.I canceled order and received e-mail money would be refunded in 7 days after 3 weeks no refund and some e-mails no responce had to call credit card company to get money back

Ordered some rims in November. 2 weeks later and still No update to the shipping. So I emailed asking what's up. They said "special order it should ship within 1-2 weeks" 2 weeks later nothing. I email them again and they say the same thing again "special order should ship within 1-2 weeks"

I cancel. They email me saying in 7-10 business days the money will post back to my account. 10 business days later… nothing has posted. I used my USAA credit card for this order and I just opened a dispute with them. I know I will get my money back from USAA but these crooks were never going to ship me any rims and were never going to refund my money.

I ordered a swaybar support for my rzr pro from these people. They listed my vehicle in the ad and said it would fit. It didn't. This part does not fit the pro xp. I contacted them about a return and they said it was my fault for ordering it. These people were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't give me a rma. I contacted the BBB to see if I could get some help. DO NOT USE these people. 204

They don't send your order. They don't answer the phone. Emails are answered with a generic response.

I ordered an intake manifold and after a few weeks I reached out for an update. I received a response informing me it was on back order and it would take 2 more weeks. After about a month I still had not received the order so I emailed again and received the exact same response email (now I believe it's copied and pasted response). I waited a few more weeks with no delivery so this time I called in to speak to a human looking for a real update and not a C&P response. When I called I was unable to get a hold of a human and could not leave a message. I decided to email the one more time asking for a refund like the website instructed about 3 days ago and have not received any responce. If you are looking to actually receive the product I would not buy from them.

Horrible company I don't know how there still in business ordered a month ago an still no updates tracking number or anything can not get in contact with anyone to help all the good comments you see are payed fake ones don't waste your time or money like me I've lost over 300 they should be sued!

Mb gram never sent my money back when I refunded, every time I contacted them about it they said someone would cantact me and no one ever did. I don't recommend this site at all.

They never answer there phone if you email them it always a bot your talking to, never ships your order like they say they will tell you next week and over and over again next week and if you cancel your order just plan on waiting a few months to get your refund back don't buy anything from these scammers you have be warn
