Stay away from these people they are scamming I order parts and never received it they kept changing the dates on my order shipping for months ask for a refund and they are not responding now you call there office number and they pick up the phone and stay quiet these people are out to scam people now stay away

Been waiting a month to receive a refund on an order I cancelled. Haven't spoke with a human being yet! And only get auto generated reply's when I send them emails.

As for ordering from them easy but giving you your refund back on my order going on almost a month and still no refund they keep telling me accounting will get with me and that's it was told by them should see it in 7-10 days back on 9-9-22 when I canceled it was in need of these tires for my truck but they we're on national back order not there fault but returning my refund there are not good

They will scam your money by telling you it's a manufacturer delay and when you finally had enough and ask for a refund, they will send you an email saying it's cancelled and refunded but you will never receive the money. Read the reviews on this here. There is even a dedicated FB group for victims affected by this scammer.

Ordered exhaust in April of this year. They lied about back order and I canceled at the end of June. Just passed into October and yet to receive a refund. No one answers the phone, and when they do answer they hang up. Emails are the same and tell me over and over again that someone from accounting will reach out shortly. Don't waste your hard earned money on these low lifes. Get your parts from a real company, this one is a fake

I have had a horrible experience with this company. One they have still not refunded my money which I was told it would take up to 7-10 business days. When I call they never answer instead you hear someone and then straight mute and no answer. When I email them they always say "it will get pushed to management for the refunds" and still haven't gotten anything. Very unprofessional please don't waste your money here go somewhere where they will take care of you and respond to you and take care of their customers. If you buy from this company be aware of no communication and most likely not seeing your money back. I will never do business here again.

My son ordered a set of 15" weld wheels back in April. Cannot get a hold of anyone and it's been almost 6 months since orders. These people are scammers and deserve to be locked up. Look at all the other reviews and choose fpr yourself. The other review that are good has to be fake. These people obviously take your money with 0 intention an shipping any parts. Total b. S car parts dealers and sellers are the absolute worst scum of the earth people. Hope you stub your toe every morning you roll over out of the bed and a prison sentence for taking so many people money for so long. Took a kids money that he worked hard for... what a. P. o. My son paid $1155 to this company and never got the seats. He kept getting delayed shipment responses. He canceled the order and is still waiting on a refund. This has been on going since March of 2022. I have emailed and messaged the company several times and always get the same response "someone from accounting will contact you." We have now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. We also post to their social media warning as many people as we can but now they have started removing the comments! Buyer Beware there are ALOT of people in the same situation as us!

I bought and paid for a suspension system 6/11/22, it's 9/23/22 and I'm still waiting. When I check in they ask and seem to hope I want to cancel my order. You see I took advantage of an offer they made, but now that they have raised their prices I get they feeling they don't wish to honor the transaction. That's what shows up anyway.If they prove me wrong I will eat my words gladly.

Looks legitimate, once you purchase the bull starts. It never gets shipped and your call doesn't get answered, then the automated email comes telling you refund in process. Don't fall for it. FBI won't investigate under 30k. BBB has no time. Your CC company might get your money refunded but if they don't get it from then they take it back from you. STAY AWAY

Just look at social media, do searches for MBenzgram scam and you'll see just how many people they've ripped off. It's easy to find THOUSANDS of the same complaint: took money and didn't ship product. Emails to customer service and you just get the run around.

They don't answer their phone and emails always are met with something to string you along. I had to get a refund through my credit card by reporting fraud. They are NOT a legitimate seller/store, avoid at all costs.

Email screenshot below is after I was told I'd get a refund within 7-10 business days. 10 bus. Days passed and no refund. So I emailed and they said "someone from accounting would be with you shortly". I waited over 24 hrs and nothing, so I followed up asking "what does shortly mean?". Background to the exchange in the screenshot. They just reply with the same canned responses and nobody from "accounting" gets back to you. Nobody ever got back to me.

More then two months since my order that was never filled and they haven't returned my money yet. They just took my money, I got robbed.

I ordered an exhaust for a VW atlas. Order was placed August 10 after confirming that the item is in stock and ready to ship. Until August 25 item showed as shipped with no tracking number. Each time I reached out for an update I was told to wait a day or two. By August 29 I still got no follow ups or a tracking number. I started getting suspicious and reached out to cancel my order. I got confirmation via email that my order would be canceled. Yet no one followed up with me and no refund was issued. Luckily I called my credit card company and they were able to dispute the charge after reaching out numerous times and not being able to get a resolution. Now over a month later, I get an email from someone at their mbira, asking me to send out an item that they apparently shipped weeks after the cancellation and dispute went through without my knowledge or authorization. Rather than apologizing and asking me for me to locate and return the item, they sent me a threatening email stating that I'm in possession of an item with the value of over $500. This company is a joke. Their custom service sucks and their word is worthless. Don't waste your time. Odds are you won't get what you paid for or a refund

The same exact thing that the other real reviews (the 1 stars) are saying happened to me. I lost 1600 dollars. Just so everyone knows I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and they are doing an investigation and hopefully gonna help get some peoples money back. I sent them the link to the website so they can see all of your reviews also.

A month has passed, they still haven't returned the funds. How much longer to wait? Can you tell me?

This is nothing more than a scam site! They'll take your money without having your parts or even having access to your parts and refuse to issue the refund even after their "7-10 business day" policy…they will NOT answer the phone and all you'll get are automated response emails of "someone from accounting will assist you shortly"! This is a garbage site and I have ZERO clue as to how they have ANY good reviews, I'm out $500 to them DON'T DO IT!
