There's a Facebook page with everyone's problems on it. Total scam. Can't get money back from them or affirm

Ordered lowering shocks and were on back order for 2-3 months. Finally decided to cancel my order and request a refund after waiting for so long of them telling me my purchase was going to sent out shortly. Been about 2 months and still haven't received my refund they owe me about $160

Ordered a set of tires from the site, they charged the credit card promptly, but two weeks after, no updates about shipment. Called the number on the webpage multiple times, never got to speak to anyone. By email, was told product on backorder. Went on to cancel order, was promised a refund within two weeks (well, eh). Little surprise, two weeks after, no refund. Will go on to dispute the charge with my credit card. Hope your mileage with these guys will vary from mine.

They emailed that they refunded my cancelled order. They never refunded and refuse to do so. When you dispute with the credit card company you have 60 days, Mbenzgram can tell you an item is backorderd and if they do not send within 60 days they can keep your money. Total fraud

Ordered the BBK 97-04 GM LS1 High Flow Billet Aluminum Fuel Rail Kit more than 4 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived! Contacted their customer support via email 2 weeks ago and was told it was 1 week out, I still have no shipping confirmation and upon a follow up email regarding the matter I got the same generic response from them telling me my "ticket has been updated". When I call to speak to customer support I just sit on hold, no one answers the phone for 15 minutes and then it disconnects. You're better off going anywhere else.

Absolutely trash of a scam company. They just keep beating around any solution 1 year later still no part and no refund on the cancelation of a efi system. Avoid at all cost. I'm filing them as a scam to be investigated to get my money back.

Needs to be Ten negative stars... Ordered Tires, $4,250.00, Waited 7 months on promises that they were shipping. Never received them or my refund. Capital One Visa says that it has been too long and will not do anything even with the 35 pages of the email communication chain. I contacted Visa directly with no response. They will take your money and never send the parts. I spent $8,000 on two separate orders. They will tell you your refund is coming but that never happens.

I ordered a tunner kit from them and they gareteed that it would fit my truck. Well when I called deablo they said they are wrong and that they don't have that programer for my truck. So I called to cancel it and got no answer on 4 tries so I did it on their web page. It went on being ignored for over a week after trying to get my refund by email I only got the same exact answer every time so after 14days I've reported them to the BBB for frayed and faults advertising and I called deablo who makes the programers that mbgram says they sell and told them what they are doing. So be careful of what you buy from them and double check the part first before you pay for it or you might not get your money back from these thieves...

Bought a KW coilover kit for my Evo 10, it took only 8 days to deliver even with the free shipping. Good service, price and acceptable delivery time.

Ordered headers over 2 month ago that had a ship date for 2 weeks out just for them to change estimated ship date to a month and half later. Requested refund with nothing but emails stating that a accounting member will contact me shortly. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with these folks. And the one star is by default

THEY TRULY DONT CARE AND THERE WAS NO CARE OR CONCERN ONE BIT WETHER OR NOT I CANCELLED MY ORDER. KEEP IN MIND MY PART WAS ALMOST $1000 SO THERE WAS A MAJOR CONCERN FOR BEING SCAMMED HERE. I KNOW THERE HAS BEEN DELAYS EVERYWHERE WITH SHIPPING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS JUST AWFUL AND A VERY UNEASY FEELING OF PAYING FOR SOMETHING AND THE COMPANY TAKING YOUR MONEY. I have been trying to get in touch with someone on the phone for a long time. They state that my order is a special order item and is due to ship in 2-3 weeks, every time I contact them, which is every 2-3 weeks. None of the representatives have been helpful and tell me the same exact thing every 2-3 weeks.

There's a lot of fake reviews on here. They scammed me of $684 bucks.

I ordered a exhaust system back on Aug 5. I've already sent many emails trying to get a update on my order. Each response tells me that there is a delay and it'll be shipped in a couple of days, or item will arrive next week, or your item is available for shipment but no tracking number. Honestly this so called company is a scam and now I'm out $1400. Do not order from these people!

Pieces of sh. T... stop scamming people! BUYERS BEWARE... do NOT buy from this merchant... they take your money and never send you anything. Dont take my word for it...
