Ordered a intake from them. 3 weeks go by without a confirmation email or even a status update. Email them they say they will get back to me with a tracking number. Multiple days go by without anything and send another email seeing where my item is and get the same ol response someone will get back to you with your tracking. Fast forward another week I cancel my order says 3-5 business days for a refund. Email them again on 6th day same bullish response about someone from accounting will get ahold of me to get my refund. Another 2 days goes by still nothing and email. Them again and same response as the last email. I hope I get my money back but not looking like it. This place has the worst customer service I've dealt with and will probably just keep your money. Do NOT buy from this company save your money and buy elsewhere.

Update on the case:
The money was fully refunded, it turned out the delay was partially caused by the name mismatch between the order and the credit card. Appreciate the Mbenzgram support team following up on this.

I ordered some lights in late December, it still not being delivered. I could understand the delay due to the factory's delay, but when I eventually cancelled my order, I was told the refund will be back on my credit card within 5-7 business days. Its now 2 weeks after my cancellation, I still have not gotten my money back. Keeps calling and emailing, it always the same answer - "just wait"... It now makes me wonder if the company is legit.

After quite a long time of waiting and constant emails with different replies, I finally received the item I had ordered and I must say that I'm very happy with my purchase and at a great price

Made an order they took my money said they had it in stock not a special order I waited a month and canceled my order took two months an multiple e-mails to get refunded took time and business from me wast of time an instead of an apology I got threatened

They have been the most reasonable and helpful company for my 2014 ZL1 parts. Quick shipping and good customer service!
