Ordered ditch and rally lights. Took my payment in a timely manner, but item never shipped. When I inquired they said we don't have them in stock. I respectfully requested to cancel my order and refund my credit card. A couple weeks now and still no refund.
This company is a total scam. I had to file a claim with my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney's General Office and other online platforms. Total waste of time. Still haven't received my refund.
I ordered a hellcat lower intake I never got my part I had to contact customer service the site never sed it was on back order they told me it would take a month to come in and never showed up once again I had to contact them again they told me it would be another month waited for my part to show up still nothing for 3 months. I cancelled my order and never got a refund and it's been 6 months and still haven't received my money back the worst customer service I've ever seen I've been getting the run around ever since
I ordered a Diablo Tuner from MBenzgram on April 21,2022. My credit card was charged immediately. After poor communication and being unable to confirm the order, I cancelled on April 28th - item had not been shipped. It is now May 24th and though I continue to receive email responses from the company saying I'll be refunded my money, still nothing. I can't get their address, and can't get anyone on the phone. The is the worst experience ordering online I've ever encountered. Think it is a scam!
August 2021 I ordered and paid over 7,000 for an Edelbrock supercharger from Mbenzgram. I've contacted them almost weekly requesting a shipping date. Every response has been it's being shipped or the carrier has it and I'll receive a tracking number. A month ago I learned that Mbenzgram is not an authorized Elelbrock dealer. I cancelled my order for a supercharger (which they didn't have in stock when I placed my order) and have requested they return my $7000. Response is always computer generated, 'we will get back to you shortly' or 'please contact your bank'. (They don't have our banking information so they can't return my money to a bank).
I order some spring around 4/02/22, I waited 3 weeks no springs. I canceled the order and I have not received a refund ($312.00) yet. I have contacted them on many occasions to no avail. It is 5/22/22, I still have not received a refund. I wNt to report. I got refunded on 5/24/22 thank god.
My experience has put me through the wall. This company is not good at dealing with anything special order. I ordered a set of coilovers in December of last year. I realize the wait times with Covid and all can take longer than usual. Today as I write this review I have been told over 10 different times that they will be getting the product shortly and shipping to me within a couple days. I have finally cancelled my order, when I've asked them for any legitimacy to being able to get the product same of their customer service say yes some say no. I have all the emails presently and am willing to send them to people seeing this review so you can make a decision for yourself on how this company does. I have been completely understanding and tried working with this company to no avail. Don't try emailing this company, they love automatic reply emails.
I ordered tires from this company in November and 3 months ago I canceled them because I still haven't gotten them and I still haven't gotten my money back yet I am still trying to get it back it has been three months on getting my refund of $681 I'm waiting on...
This place is a Rip-Off I ordered tires from this place in October for them to tell me that tires are on back order waited months till they tell me they will refund me my money they tell me they can't since my order was placed months ago then wanted me to open a Venmo account in order for them to refund my money so I decided to switch to tires they told me they had instock and even told me I wouldn't have to pay extra money (Per Supervisor) to change them then about a month later still No tires so I called and called and called them gonna tell me that I would have to pay extra for the other tires or I would have to call my bank and tell them to accept my refund so after going back and forth with them I just ended up forking over extra money for them to tell me my tires would be shipped out tomorrow! Ordered my tires in October 2021 and now it is May 2022 and still waiting on my tires to be delivered! This place is such a Scam Bad Business I Will Never Do Business With Them Again! Didn't even offer me a apology for all my troubles! After waiting Months for My Tires! Still Waiting on My Tires! We will see how fast they get here if they ever send them…. Smh! I can't lie some people tried there Best to Help Me but was Unsuccessful!
I seen all the good reviews so I thought I was try boy that was a mistake. Never received my order kept saying was going ship out but never did. Even was far as tel me would ship out in 24 hours which was a lie.
I asked for a refund and that yet to happen so I had file fraud charge

I purchased a part on backorder in February 2022 while being assured it would be back in stock within a month. After waiting 6 weeks and no response to my emails, I cancelled the order. I was then told by accounting that the refund would post to my account in 7 to 10 business days. After 2 weeks and still no refund, I sent a second email. Again, I received the same automated email telling me to wait 7 to 10 days. Still did not receive refund within the time so I called customer service and was told I'd be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing came, so I called again and got the same line. It's now been over 2 months since cancelling my order! Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this company. Don't know how this is even a legit company with service like this! Most of the positive reviews are automated which is understandable if they are trying to get away with this scam. Not worth the headache dealing with these people, find a more reputable source!
Long story short, ordered and paid for a part and kept getting the run around about when it would ship. After 4 months of waiting I canceled my order and was told i would have my refund back in 7 to 10 days.
Waited 14 days... they said there's a delay in their refund department. So I wait another 2 weeks, get another excuse. Now 2 months later and still nothing. I pretty much feel like they don't intend to give me a refund and now this is considered theft. Looks like legal matters will now have to be taken. This is totally unacceptable. They can take your money right away, but won't return it.
I ordered a part from this place 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet I will definitely not be using this company every a again and would not recommend it to anyone else

I'm glad that others apparently had good experiences with them, but that wasn't the case for me. I ordered an intake manifold on March 9th, and here it is May 12th and no part OR refund, (which I requested after a month!) I was told, repeatedly, that I would be contacted 'in a couple of days' and was NEVER contacted! My wife called the number listed, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and THEN was told to leave a message. She did, but we never got a return call. In short, they NEVER contacted me except to tell me, (in response to my emails) that it would be 'a couple of days.' On her own my wife got the credit card company to credit our account, (she saw what this was doing to me!) And after all of this, I STILL have a car in my driveway in need of a manifold!
Below is a screen shot of just ONE of the MANY email responses I received... which were NEVER followed-up on! I was repeatedly told I would be 'contacted within a couple of days', 'someone from accounting would contact me shortly', etc. Again... I NEVER got a response!
Not only did I not get a response, I never even got a serious apology, (there were a few times they 'apologized' for the wait, but it didn't change their treatment of me, the lack of communication!) Even after the credit card company credited my card, (which, I was told by Nayeli today, they did through MBENZGRAM) you would think they would at least say they were sorry for stringing me along for two months! (I guess that would mean admitting they did something wrong!)
I am a reasonable guy, and as long as I know what's going on, I'm very willing to work with a company. At one point they told me that Accounting was 'short staffed', and I let them know that I understood and would continue to be patient. I know that things are tough these days for small business, particularly with getting employees. But c'mon! There's no excuse for the lack of response from them!
I honestly question the good 'reviews' on this site... If they're true, then I don't know what I did to them to be treated this way! I can only speak from MY experience and would warn you, based on my experience... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MBENZGRAM!
I ordered a set of Eibach sway bars for my mustang, after 6 weeks of lying saying the parts have shipped I finally ordered a set from someone else. I called these scumbags to cancel the order and they said the part finally shipped and was too late to cancel. Now im stuck with these because they want to charge me 10% restocking fee and I pay for return shipping. Beware when ordering that your parts are in stock or they will lie and jerk you around, i have emails of the lies that my order has shipped at least 3 times they bull$#*!ted me now they wont do the right thing and take this back.
Going to have to open a dispute clearly. Been 10 days and no refund showed yet.
Click the one star reviews and see how nobody received their refunds? How many people have to file disputes? Horrible company IN MY experience (since they want to threaten to sue me for stating MY experiences)

This is the worst company I have delt with. Ordered part did not receive it as told. So cancealed order. Then could not receive my refund. Called customer service got run around. E-mailed multiple times same run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SO FAR I FEEL I WAS SCAMED.
Ordered parts March 10th still haven't received them, asked for refund and still haven't received it
I ordered a couple of commercial tires. Was happy thinking a I got a pretty good deal. I was expecting the tires by the end of the week. Instead I received a email stating there is a 2 to 3 week wait. Nothing on the website about a back log or wait. I emailed customer service. On the 7th was told someone from the ware house would reach out to me shortly. Todays the 10th and no voice mails or emails from anyone. I messaged them again and now no response. I called and waited on hold for 23 min and the line then disconnected. When commercial trucks aren't in the road, they are costing the company money. While I have accepted people never do what they say they will (like get back to you shortly) or at all. There's always a unheartfelt apology which I find patronizing. I'm now wondering if this company even exist?
Horrible company to purchase from. Purchased a cam kit for my car, order kept getting pushed back and I finally canceled order and now I'm currently dealing getting my refund back. I ordered it kit in December, and cancelled it in February. I would never purchase or send people to the company again
This website is a joke. It's been 6 months and nothing. Tried to call and cancel. They give you the runaround. Do not use this company.
Answer: This company is definitely a fraud. I ordered parts on June 20th and to date still have not received my parts or the refund I've asked for several times via email. Just like everyone else that tries to call I get put on hold till I hang up. I've reached out to many different agencies for help with this issue. I am awaiting answers from some of them. This fraudulent company needs to be stopped.
Answer: While it's likely too late, they are a scam site who delivers to a few key people to boost their image. They also write hundreds of fake reviews. Contact your credit card company and open a fraudulent charge case. To be clear, I did receive some of my parts and after too much calling got a refund for the others. I will never order from them again.
Answer: Bet all you hear is wait 24/48 hours. At least my part wasn't that expensive. Yikes
