I kept getting the run around about my order, saying it would be shipped next week, etc. after 2 months, I gave up and just canceled it. Shop other vendors for good service.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered some tires back in February & spent $735. Ive never received them & every time i would reach out they would give me a run around about my product. I tried for a refund and they gave me a run around for that as well. Haven't received either. Dont waste your time or money. So many people have the same story as me.

My son ordered a seat which was supposedly on national backorder (over a year ago). We still haven't received. We placed a second order with another company and immediately received the same exact seat.

It's been over a year and they won't refund me or deliver the seat despite repeated requests. Every response is that I'll be contacted by accounting and refunded. Nothing happens. Why don't they just ask if I take wire transfer?

I placed an order for a transmission case in January. I was never told it was back ordered. Asked for a refund in March. They have promised i would receive the refund but it never happens. I am out almost $600 with no resolution in sight. Never buy from these guys!

They sell parts they don't have in stock. Gladly take your money and stall you for months blaming the supplier and if you ask for a refund they stall you blaming there accounting department. They made me open a Venmo account to refund my money saying my order was old and unable to refund my credit card.

Would give the company 0 stars if I could. Ordered a set of aluminum small block ford heads in the beginning of February. After several months and several emails and getting the same automated reply about waiting for two more weeks. I decided to cancel my order on May 5, several months after my order. Now it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten a refund. After several emails they still haven't refunded my money. Horrible customer service.

I purchased an exhaust from this website for my Dodge Durango Hellcat. Never shipped out, which could have definitely been a supplier issue so I wasn't to upset about that. However, I decided to request a refund and after nearly 2 months, NOTHING! They respond to my emails saying that someone from accounting will reach out soon. That's it. Then nothing. They don't answer their phones because of "Covid". Over $1,600 gone and I'm sure I'll never see it again. Stay away!

I ordered a rear suspension sway bar kit for my restoration. They were taking too long and kept telling me another 2 weeks until it ships. I told them to cancel the order. They did and said that a refund will be processed and returned within 7-10 business days. I canceled the order 05/09/2022. It's nearly a month now and I still get the run around. I email and they say someone will get back to me but nobody has gotten back to me as of yet. I made the purchase through the trusted Affirm so I can make payments on the item. So now I can't dispute through my CC and affirm is telling me that this company needs to send them the cancellation/refund so they can refund the money. Long story short, if you're thinking about ordering through Mbenzgram because you see the item is a few dollars cheaper, just pay the little extra and buy somewhere else. This is not how you do business. We are all hard working individuals who most likely have a passion for cars. But with companies like this, they take the excitement out of it. Now I wait for a refund that I will probably never see. There are a lot of bad reviews and this same exact thing happening to others if you look. A lot of their good reviews are fake or staged. Please save yourself the headache! If they make right and send my refund I will delete this post and all the other reviews I will write the next couple days. If not, they will stay. Good luck!

I ordered an Edelbrock carburetor that they indicated they had in stock. They charged my account immediately. After waiting 3 weeks, I contacted them and they said it was on back order. Waited 3 months and still no carburetor. Had them cancel my order and issue me a refund. Bought the carburetor from O'Reillys. Had it in 2 days! Getting a real runaround from MBGRAM regarding my refund. Would not recommend doing business with them! I'd categorize them as scammers!

I ordered tires in December. They claimed that it was backordered. Tried to get a refund but got a run around. They know that after a few months, you can't get your money back. BE AWARE! Don't believe when they say that it is backordered.

Never received my order. Nobody knows where it is. Customer service has one response, Never ending wait 24/48 hours. I should have NEVER tried this company. Such a let down. I needed this part badly. My opinion, DONT USE THIS PLACE! Just pissed!

Item was said in stock and wasn't. Asked for refund and been fighting them for 3 months PLUS to get my money. Still haven't gotten refund. Beware and don't buy of this site this has happened twice to me.

Do not order from these guys. Ripped me off 2,000 dollars. Never sent me the product I order and never sent me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do your research and you will find the same thing every time. They take your money, then say your part is back ordered or has to be special ordered, and then you will never hear from them or see your money again. If you cancel your order, they will tell you that they have refunded your money and that your bank is the reason you haven't received it. I have found dozens and dozens of people with the exact same story

Ordered an almost $1000 dollar exhaust, they never shipped the part, and they will not return my money. Stay far far away.
