I ORDERED THE RECLINING LUXURY CAMPING CHAIRS AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT TO SHOW FOR IT. THIS IS A SCAM SO DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

People do not make any purchase from them, they are scammers, they are taking money, but you will not receive your item never.
I bough from them one item on March 2020,
And today already the end of September, i emailed them 2 months ago asking them whenever i csn receive my item, they replied that that the item will be for a delay, but exuse me 7 months...
Also, I emailed them a letter asking to return money back- No Response.
This is my first and hope the last one bad experience.

I ordered a painting in April, so did my Mother. She got hers a couple weeks later. I got mine almost four months later, in August. I emailed them, at least three times. No response until almost three weeks after I finally received it. I had already bought a replacement painting from Amazon, which of course came in two days. Will NEVER use this company again, EVER! I wanted to leave a review on their website but they don't have a spot, or at least i couldn't find one. I will keep looking. This experience has left such a bad impression on me that I will continue to try until I post that review! People should be warned!

I received the Tree of Life painting about 3 months after I ordered it. I did enquire as to the status of the order and about 2 days later I received it. I was nearing completion of the project and ran out of one of the main colors (black). I emailed them 2x and still have not received a response or another container of paint. I realize that black is pretty standard but I'm unable to locally source the proper sheen of the black color. I guess I'll just wait and see!

I ordered 3 prints, for Christmas. I still haven't received them or a refund. This is a HORRIBLE business! I want my money back!

Ordered 3/31/2020. Thinking what fun this would be while quarantined. Charged $50+ dollars very next day. It took 3 weeks to get a supposedly fake tracking number. Every time I check it says unavailable. I'm so aggravated. Here it's now August, still NOTHING. I've gotten two emails that said it has been shipped. I will be shocked if I ever get them! Don't order from them! How are they allowed to constantly advertise throughFacebook? I constantly get promotions via email from them!

I purchased one of their paint by number canvasses on 2 April 2020 - charged twice@ $62.20 and have never received the goods. I emailed numerous times... once about 2 months ago a young lady said she would follow up where my goods were and the double payment from my credit card but have never heard back. I have made a complaint to Consumer & Business Services in South Australia but because it is a company based in Hong Kong they are unable to assist but were interested in my experience nonetheless. Have advised my bank who advised me to cancel my credit card which I will do. So unfortunately I've been scammed and learnt my lesson.
