We monitor reviews for authenticity
First time I used maven writers I was not in a position to complete the research due to family obligations that took most of my time. This time, however, all I needed was a proofread of my work. I thought my paper was decent, but the amount of corrections made has educated me a lot on writing.
Very strong customer service commitment by their staff, especially the email response team and the online instant chat support agents. However, response to my message sent directly to the writer was not promptly forthcoming. I had to resend it for even the admin to notice and contact the primary writer via phone call.
UPDATE: Their team contacted me and made it clear why there were delays in responding to my queries posted under the order page. It was all my bad!
They are very unfair in terms of how they price their papers. If it is the same cluster of writers handling all the papers, why are the higher level papers charged more? I paid for an order and selected an upper level, and 2 of my mates who ordered at a lower level received grades superior to mine, yet I was the one who paid a higher financial price.
It is not the service that I am here to criticize. I have an issue with how tight-fisted they are when it comes to extending discount coupons for use by repeat customers. I have used their services for a considerable duration of time, yet they still make me jump through hoops to get my personal discount coupon code. I know several colleagues wo already have theirs yet we started ordering from maven writers around the same time:(

Your support team is very polite in how they engaged me in both the issues that I recently had with the papers I ordered from your website. Initially I was apprehensive about requesting for the small adjustments.The reception I received was very encouraging and prompt. Thanks for your service and continued support through follow up communication.
What impressed me most about their service is that (upon request) they assign an admin to oversee the completion of the orders placed under that specific profile. This extra layer of protection increases accountability on their part, should the paper fall short in any event. Luckily this has only happened once for me.
Time and time again, they have demonstrated that it is safe to rely on their service, both for quality of delivery as well as timeliness. In the field they are in, that counts for a lot.
I wasn't confident that I could handle the paper all by myself. It was out of caution that I tried your service to do what now appears to have been most of the work. I appreciate your assistance

Content is solid, and the arguments are well developed down the paper.It would have been better if the writer used more recent sources, like peer reviewed journals released from 2018.
Thank you for this feedback, Samuel. Normally, whenever a client doesn't specify the journals' release window period, the writer takes the liberty to pick the sources as long as they are relevant and not too dated. We will, nevertheless, follow up with this writer to reiterate the policy.

Secondly, it is standard practice to price higher level papers more costly. Surely you can’t expect a Master’s paper to be charged the same fee as a High School level paper, can you? Lastly, you need to understand that there are several factors that go into the grading of a paper, and Maven Writers is not in control of all of them.
