This chain is horrible. They say they shipped your items,when you go to the store to pick it up it's never even been shipped! Today my item was refunded and shipped back. I didn't even know it was there. I can't call my local store because they don't get my call it goes elsewhere to a customer service department, who can't tell me what's in the store. Since they don't actually fulfill the order you made your items sell out and can't be replaced! Ridiculous! When I placed my order, it said the next day my item was in at my store. I thought maybe it was sold from store stock but no. They said they have nothing for me. It's never been shipped! I have not shopped with them in years. They are going to go out of business like this. I plan to cut ties fully and pay off my mother's credit card so we NEVER do business with them again.UPDATE: In store manager Carrie called to let me know she saw my name on a package. I went in and got my items. She is a positive for this company, they are lucky to have her.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible customer service and supposedly there's no way to speak to management. I have been shopping here for years and spent thousands but it doesn't matter. I put in an order and saw that it wouldn't arrive for two weeks despite saying 3-5 business days delivery. It wasn't even shipped out yet so I wanted to cancel but was told that I could not. After waiting for 51 minutes, despite the initial 15 minute estimate, Kourtney in care team was rude and not helpful whatsoever. She claimed there was no way to contact management about customer service or slow shipping and would only give me the number from the website. She used capital letters to imply yelling at me in the chat, got the order date incorrect, and had an attitude the entire time.
I bought a sweater which I was so excited about the color and eager to wear, but it had pulled threads, after one was has a hole in it.
I usually am very pleased to shop in Maurices, but I had a negative experience at the one located in Marion, IN yesterday. At least twice, the associate basically inferred that I was overweight, which is not helpful at all, but hurtful. I will not be going back to that store.

Buyer beware! Do not get a Maurice's credit card. The bank they deal with, Conmity, took over $300 from my credit card erroneously twice! I made a payment online of $30 and got charged over $300. It was corrected overnight once but it happened again in the same month and now Maurice's says "sorry, it'll take 5 to 10 business days for me to have access to my funds. It's a scam! All I got from a manager from Maurices' is sorry. I live on social security and need access to my funds but instead I have an overdraft. I will never deal with Maurices Clothing again!
I paid my account in full 2 months ago they lost my payment, charged me late fee,2 extra months and interest in error and refuse to correct their error! They stole over $100! Fk maurices & Fk your offshore scabs
I took my wife to maurices just to check it out. The employees greeted us with a Welcome to maurices. Being a man I though it was going to be one of those days. The employees made it a joyful experience. Thanks guys
Just wish their jeans would Hold up an not Rip or Tear within a few Months. I bought my Jeans in October of 2023, an the Belt Loops already tore off, now the Thighs are Tearing already and I've only had them for 4 months.

I placed my first ordered at mauruces.com. Added two sweaters since they were on sale since I was ordering the jeans. At no point during checkout was I informed the the pants were out of stock or backordered. They charged my card the full amount. I went to check status today, and the jeans show 0 quantity. Contacted customer service. Was told pants on backorder. No date for when the pants will be in stock. Asked to cancel the tops since I wasn't informed. Representative refused. Asked if they could refund the pants, which I have no idea when they will be coming. Representative refused and offered me a coupon. Absolutely ridiculous. This is my first and last time shopping here. I'll be returning anything that arrives if it ever comes.
Purchased the boots 11/10/21, wore them to work in a professional indoor setting 1-3 times per week (approx). They wore out, heel busted on 1/29/22. They didn't even last 3 months!
I ordered easily enough, received product quickly, price seemed affordable enough until I realized the product was junk. Love their stores, very displeased! No place to even leave a review of product on the website, so I emailed instead.:-(
Asked an employee about some underwear on display and she told me she just clocked and does not know anything about the items. She didn't even direct me to another employee on the clock, she just casually walked away. I understand she checked out and might have places to be but I would've understood if she called someone else's attention to my enquiries. What made it worse, I'm visiting from Jamaica and is always checking out their website only to come in person and be disappointed by the first employee I met.
Worst customer service and just plain regular service. Overpriced with bad service. Never again. Them refusing my request for a refund due to not receiving my items is unacceptable I dont care what circumstance. If you dont ship I get my money back 0 questions asked.
Received my order 5 weeks after placing order and items were both damaged, had holes in both sweater and they don't want to refund me, offered me 5 $ discount for damages. Also, Items in pictures are not at all the same in real life so don't get fooled by their great pics!
I love the clothes at Maurice's. Unfortunately, the service at the store in windsor, on is terrible! They don't tell you about specials, check on you in the dressing room, I feel like I'm interrupting conversations to get some help! With the new points system, I've given my email address 3 times and have yet to receive my points, after spending quite a bit of money there. I as well work in retail and know that if WE treated our customers this way, no one would come back. A little more coaching is needed I believe.
When shopping in your stores in Canada the store clerks are always saying if you don't see it in the store just order your size on line. Never once did they mention that you pay for shipping as well as duty on Canadian orders. There is only one web site. Also it would be nice to know that when placing an order wether or not the item is no longer available. Instead of being told two days later and order has been shipped. Not impressed with my first experience in dealing with this company.
Today, 2/18/22 I received a e-mail from Maurices Upper Management they apologized and refunded me all the shipping fees from several items my daughter ordered (3) plus a $35.00 gift card. I appreciate the gesture but it's water under the bridge at this point. I chatted with representatives pertaining to this problem which took a great deal of my time over (20 min.) nothing was done until I e-mailed Upper Management. Remember, if you don't receive respect or understanding from the employee(s) contact Upper Management, they are concerned with the bottom line which is a happy customer which means money being spent. Due to the response from Management I increased the review to three (3) stars but, my daughter cannot order from them going forward.
They're quick to process orders, so if you want to add additional items to first order you're out of luck and will end up paying additional s/h fees unless order is over $50.00. If not satisfied with an item will have to pay to return. If you order another item will have to pay again to receive. No free returns or exchanges. Daughter had a order for over $200. But since they refused to refund return fee, I refused to allow her to order. No longer is she allowed to order from them. I had quality issues with a sweater she ordered, it was poor quality to me would never hold up, maybe one season at most. But, you get what you pay for. Line of clothing is more for the younger women not for women who desire quality clothing.

For mothers day my boy friend went to Maurices (because he knows how much I love that store). Jenna Hayes from the Greenfield Ma store was working and helped him pick out some amazing clothes and shoes for me. She is awesome, thank you so much Jenna <3
So. My bank blocks my card and flags this website for fraud. They told me this websites is associated with Shazam and it will mess up your computer and from things Ive read on here I believe it! Also, their clothes are way to expensive, and really not that great of quality.
I've been a cardholder for 13 years. And I have been locked out of my account for months! All I get from customer service is that their password resets are handled by another company and they can't help me. Maurice's has known about this problem for awhile and refuses to take the necessary steps to correct this problem!
